In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 7, the maximum allowed occupancy is 16, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 6.

The second level houses the oceanfront primary suite with a king bed and private bathroom, a king bedroom with private bathroom, a queen bedroom with private bathroom, and a spacious laundry room with two sets of washers and dryers. The third level offers a family suite with king bedroom and four bed bunkroom, which share a bathroom, as well as a second oceanfront primary suite with king bed and bathroom. The ground level offers a four car garage, storage for golf clubs/beach items, a Traeger smoker, two outdoor showers, a Hoshizaki ice machine, and a full size refrigerator.
This home includes a ping pong table, beach/pool towels, beach chairs, beach wagon, coolers, beach canopy, numerous outdoor beach games/toys, and spices/condiments for your convenience.
It is located behind the second gate in the exclusive Vanderhorst Plantation yet is walking distance to The Sanctuary Hotel, Turtle Point Golf Course, Roy Barth Tennis Center, and East Beach Market.
