In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 4, the maximum allowed occupancy is 10, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 3.
Located in the Vanderhorst Plantation, this Kiawah Island vacation rental is brand new construction completed in 2025, and features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a private pool overlooking the Osprey Point Golf Course.
This home has chic and modern finishes throughout. The living room boasts a large leather sectional, plus a contemporary chair for additional seating, a flat-screen TV, and a stunning built-in. Off the living room is access to the pool and pool deck, where you can sunbathe in one of the few loungers or take a quick dip to cool off after a long day at the beach, which is a 10-minute bike ride away. Also accessible from the pool deck is the screened-in porch, which overlooks the Osprey Point Golf Course.
Behind the living area is the stylish kitchen with beautiful cabinetry and hardware, plus high-end stainless steel appliances. The island features seating for five, and a dining area that can seat up to six is located just off the kitchen. The dining area also offers access to the screened-in porch. Through the kitchen is the dry bar and the entry to the laundry room. Also on the first floor is a small home office, with a desk and two chairs, for anyone needing to get some work done during their stay.
The first-floor primary bedroom offers a king-size bed and a small seating area. The large ensuite bathroom offers dual vanities and walk-in shower, complete with a built-in bench.
The remaining three bedrooms are located on the second floor, with both the second and third bedrooms offering king-sized beds. The fourth bedroom is accessible through the media room, and has two full-size beds, and stunning high ceilings to allow for plenty of natural light.
The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.
Please note that this property has exterior security cameras that views the home's front entrance and rear deck. This camera serves to protect both the property owner and rental guests.
The pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for an additional fee of $75 per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available. Contact us directly to add pool heating to your reservation.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!
During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.
Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.
