In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 2, the maximum allowed occupancy is 4, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 2.
This two-bedroom Kiawah Island vacation rental sits right on the Turtle Point Golf Course and is just about a 3-minute walk to the beach!
The first-floor villa offers a bright and spacious living area that flows to the back deck. It features plenty of seating and a flat-screen television. The fully equipped kitchen looks into the dining area, which seats six, and the sunroom as well.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, a wall-mounted television, and a large sliding door that brings in plenty of natural light. A full bathroom is attached, with double sinks and a walk in shower.
A king bed is also offered in the secondary bedroom. A bathroom with hall access is also attached to the secondary bedroom and features a walk-in shower.
The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.
