The living area features a comfortable couch, love seat, swivel chair, 65” Smart TV which allows guests to access Netflix, Hulu, and other apps with personal subscriptions. HDMI also provides guests with the ability to connect personal gaming consoles and laptops. Enjoy your favorite movie or sporting event with surround sound provided by the Bose Soundbar. Step out through the sliding glass doors onto the open back deck where you will find plenty of seating. Enjoy the fresh air while watching wildlife in the lagoon or the golfers play on Turtle Point Golf Course. The living room opens to the dining area that has a table and chairs for 6. The villa also has a great sunroom with a memory foam queen sleeper sofa, and a chair.
