In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 3, the maximum allowed occupancy is 8, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 3.
This Kiawah Island vacation rental features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and access to the community dock and seasonal pool. The cottage is about a 5-minute walk to Kiawah's beautiful beach.
Featuring hardwood floors throughout, the cottage offers an open floor plan, plenty of natural light, and a coastal design theme. The living area features a cozy queen-size sleeper sofa, a large mounted flat-screen TV, and access to more seating in the light-filled space. The dining area offers seating for six and is a great place to enjoy a meal as a family. There is also a wet bar available for guests to enjoy. The kitchen showcases ample counter space, updated appliances, an eat-in table for four, and everything needed to cook a meal while on vacation.
The primary suite features a king bed, TV, private updated bathroom with walk-in shower, and easy access to the back deck. There are two additional bedrooms, one with a full and full trundle bed and one with a full bed, that share an updated hall bathroom with shower/tub combo.
The cottage is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.
Guests have access to the Inlet Cove community swimming pool and dock. The pool is unheated and open seasonally.

You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours! During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.
Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.
