The home’s primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a TV, access to the back deck, and impeccable golf and lagoon views. The room also provides enough closet space to fully unpack your vacation clothes and unwind. The private primary bathroom offers ample natural light, a walk-in glass shower, and a separate bathtub.

The secondary bedroom also has a king-sized bed, a TV, sliding doors with access to the deck, and its own private bathroom with a shower-tub combination.

The third bedroom offers 2 twin-sized beds, a TV, golf and lagoon views, and sliding doors with access to the deck. The third bathroom is located just down the hall and features ample counter space and a shower-tub combination.

The fourth bedroom is a finished room over the garage offering 2 twin-sized beds and a TV. The fifth bedroom also offers a finished room over the garage with a king-sized bed and a TV. Both bedrooms have access to a full bathroom just across the hall with a shower-tub combination.

The spa can be heated for an additional $75/per day.
This pool has an electric heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for $75/per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available.

The dimensions of the pool are 12' W by 20' L.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.
