In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 5, the maximum allowed occupancy is 12, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 4.
This completely renovated Kiawah Island vacation rental home features five bedrooms, a private pool, and a cheerful coastal aesthetic. The home is about an 8-minute bike ride from the beach.
This vacation home offers an inviting floor plan with an abundance of natural light and walls wrapped in shiplap. The living area is great for gathering with its wall-mounted TV, L-shaped sofa, and accent seating. Adjacent to the living area, you will find a dining table surrounded by colorful chairs. The stylish open kitchen features a waterfall countertop with barstool seating, white cabinets, and stainless steel appliances.
The home has five comfortable bedrooms with TVs: four on the main floor and one in an upstairs suite above the garage. The colorful primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed and private bathroom with a double-sink vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms, one with two double beds and one with two twins, share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The final bedroom, located in the upstairs suite, has a king-sized bed and convenient access to a living area and kitchenette.
Enjoy relaxing by the home’s private pool. The spacious pool deck is surrounded by Kiawah Island’s natural beauty and is sure to be a guest favorite. The home also has a screened porch where guests can dine al fresco.
The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.
The pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for an additional fee of $75 per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available. Dogs are welcome for an additional fee of $50 per dog per day, with a maximum of two (2) pets. Contact us directly to add pets to your reservation.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $400. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!
During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.
Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.
