This free-standing cottage has parking for 2 vehicles underneath. Walk-in to the open living area and be greeted by gorgeous hardwood floors. The living area has 2 sofas, a chairs and built in entertainment center with a mounted TV. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed for cooking a meal while on vacation. The dining table seats 6 and is a great place to enjoy meals together. The glass sliding doors in the living area lead out to a gracious sized screened porch with a table, chairs for 6 and a ceiling fan. There is also a deck with a gas grill, table and chairs for 4, and a comfortable hammock. A large laundry room completes the common areas of the cottage.

In the master suite, there is a king bed, wall-mounted TV with cable, access to the deck and a private bathroom with a glass door shower. Two remaining bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and one with a twin over full bunk, share a hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer and high-speed wireless internet.

Guests have access to the community pool (approximately 55ft x 20ft). The pool is unheated and open seasonally.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.
