The Ocean Course [43]Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This Kiawah Island vacation rental is an updated three-bedroom cottage offering a wraparound deck, screened porch, and access to the seasonal community pool. The cottage is an easy 7-minute walk to the beach.
The cottage greets you with beautiful hardwood floors, elevated wainscoting, and coastal charm. The open living room features a loveseat with ottomans, two cozy chairs, and a large flat-screen TV. The large, fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances (please note: refrigerator does not have an automatic ice maker) and plenty of cabinet space. A stacked washer and dryer are discreetly located in the kitchen. The rectangular dining table comfortably seats six people.
The first bedroom offers a queen bed and private bathroom with shower. The other queen bedroom features a TV and shares a bathroom with a bedroom that has two twin beds. Each room has its own sink and toilet area and the shower/tub combo is shared. Both of these bedrooms have access to the side deck.
The back deck and screened porch are accessed from the living room. A rocking swing, located beneath the front porch, is the perfect place to enjoy the cool ocean breeze.
The cottage is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.
Guests have access to the community pool (approximately 55ft x 20ft). The pool is unheated and open seasonally.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!
During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.
Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.
RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.
