Kim Anuszkiewicz

A California native, Kim Anuszkiewicz built a lengthy and distinguished career in the mortgage and financial sector, holding executive roles at GMAC/ALLY Financial and Caten McGuire before retiring.

Since 2014, she and her husband, Paul, have been living on Kiawah Island. They have four sons, four grandsons, and two beloved Cavalier King Charles pups. Kim's interests include cycling, reading, and cherishing moments with her growing family.

Kim actively engages in community endeavors, serving on the board of Sea Island Habitat for Humanity, holding the position of Vice Chair for the Kiawah Conservancy, participating in P. E. O. International, volunteering for the Town of Kiawah Bluebird Project, and the Kiawah Island Sea Turtle Patrol. In 2024, Kim obtained her real estate license and became a valued member of the Akers Ellis Real Estate team.
