With a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mount St. Joseph University and a Master of Science in Nursing Education from Chamberlain University, Mary Beth’s career has been defined by her ability to connect with people, communicate effectively, and guide them through complex decisions with confidence and clarity.

Her passion for real estate began shortly after graduating college when she purchased her first investment rental property. This experience sparked a lasting interest in real estate investing, which she further honed by working alongside her husband in custom home building.

Before obtaining her real estate license, Mary Beth had a rewarding career as a nurse, serving patients and as a nurse educator. Her background in healthcare has instilled a strategic mindset and an empathetic approach that now defines her work with real estate clients.

Originally from New Albany, Ohio, Mary Beth now resides on Kiawah Island with her husband Tom and their Labrador Retriever, Champ. Together they have three adult children and have enjoyed Kiawah Island as their family vacation destination for over twenty years.

She is deeply committed to promoting sustainability and fostering a healthy community, lending her time to causes like the Greek Festival and as a guide for the 2024 Southern Living Idea House Tour through the Communities In Schools.

When she’s not assisting clients, Mary Beth enjoys outdoor activities, nature, cooking, sewing, and using her healthcare knowledge to make a positive impact. Her trusted, collaborative nature ensures her clients receive exceptional service as they navigate the real estate market.
