Grace Wadell’s journey into real estate began as a passion project, renovating early 1900s homes with her husband, building equity as they moved across seven states. Today, she leverages that hands-on experience and an extensive background in advertising, marketing, and development to deliver an exceptional real estate experience. Grace is a dedicated Realtor® who prioritizes her clients, making the process of buying or selling a home both enjoyable and rewarding.
Before moving into real estate, Grace served as a Development Officer at the University of Pennsylvania, where she honed her skills in project management and fundraising. She also founded the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia Buddy Walk, an annual event that raised $4.5 million to support medical programs for individuals with Down syndrome. Recognized for her hard work and commitment, Grace was named Rookie of the Year at The Hasson Company in 2020 and has since become a Top Producing Realtor, with $20 million in sales in 2022.
Originally from Penn Yan, New York, Grace now calls Seabrook Island home, where she lives with her husband, Aaron, and their four children. The family enjoys the vibrant community and outdoor lifestyle Seabrook Island offers, from kayaking and pickleball to trail running and beach walks. Grace’s deep-rooted love for The Lowcountry shines through in her work, as she goes above and beyond to help her clients find their perfect home in this idyllic setting.
