Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This Kiawah Island vacation rental offers 1 bedroom and a screened porch. Enjoy a 2-minute bike ride to the nearest beach!

Upon entering this second-floor villa, you will find comfortable seating, a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and access to the deck and screened porch. The fully equipped kitchen offers white cabinetry, ample counter space, and close proximity to the dining area. The dining area offers ample seating for your whole party with scenic views.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a TV, and a primary bathroom equipped with a double sink vanity and a walk-in shower. This bathroom is also accessible from the hallway.

Enjoy your morning coffee or sit back and lounge on the spacious screened porch!

The villa is equipped with a washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $150. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

An exceptional villa!

This is currently an exceptional villa and we have stayed on the island many times in larger houses and smaller villas. Location is close to Sanctuary essentially and is a 5 minute bike ride to beach. The villa is fresh, crisp and clean with updates to the bathroom and lighting. Extreme plus was that it did not smell moldy and musty at all like many of these villas do. TVs are updated with Rokus and lots of streaming service options. Highly recommend!

We totally loved the place: recently renovated, beautiful, had absolutely everything we needed, very clean. Perfect to the smallest detail. Close to Sanctuary resort. Communication from the host was proactive, we felt well taken care of. We will be back :)

Great place to stay on Kiawah, perfect size for two people.

Great place to stay on Kiawah, perfect size for two people. Everything was super clean, washer and dryer was great for traveling. One note, if you do want to go to the beach, there’s one that’s an 12min walk (could be a lot with umbrellas, etc) but there’s a beach with parking not too far away. Made it easy with beach rentals included in the stay!

Great condo

Great condo. Nice furniture and well stocked with essentials in the kitchen and bathroom. I had to call to get an extra key and there wasn't a welcome binder in the villa. However, we received an extra key within an hour of calling. I would definitely stay here again.
