Joe Lloyd

Joe Lloyd is a highly experienced real estate professional with over a decade of industry expertise. Joe holds a bachelor’s degree in Spanish for Business from the University of Colorado Boulder and received his real estate license in 2013. Since beginning his career, he has achieved outstanding results, including selling over $75,000,000 in real estate and expertly managing more than 100 rentals annually during his tenure as a broker on Nantucket Island.

Joe was born in Massachusetts and lived on Nantucket Island for ten years before relocating to Charleston in 2022. Along with his wife, Holland, and daughter, Henszey, Joe currently resides on James Island. They are expecting another daughter, Isabell, in December 2023. Outside of the office, Joe enjoys kiteboarding, sailing, and participating in triathlons, including the annual Kiawah Island Triathlon. He is also active in the community, volunteering with O’Quinn School and serving as a Charleston Area Home Builders Association member.
