Upon entering the property, you’ll find high ceilings, accentuated hardwood flooring, and soft neutral hues. In the main living area, you will find comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV, scenic views, and access to the back deck. The fully equipped kitchen offers ample counter space, beautiful white cabinetry, and a center island with barstool seating. The dining area serves as the perfect entertainment space as it offers wooded views, ample seating for your whole party, and is in close proximity to the kitchen. You will also find that it provides access to the cozy screened porch.

The primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed, a TV, ample closet space, and sliding door access to the spacious back deck. The private primary bathroom features a double sink vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

Just down the hall, you will also find the secondary bedroom equipped with a queen-sized bed and twin-sized bed. The private secondary bathroom offers a shower and bathtub combination.

The third bedroom is perfect for kids as it offers 2 twin-sized beds. The third bathroom offers a shower and bathtub combination just across the hall.

The fourth bedroom is a finished room over the garage equipped with a king-sized bed, a twin-sized bed, and a TV. This bedroom offers a private full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the screened porch or sit back and lounge on the spacious back deck. Both offer perfect opportunities to connect with beautiful natural views.

The home is equipped with a washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Please note that this property has exterior security cameras that view the home's front entrances. These cameras serve to protect both the property owner and rental guests.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

Perfect space

Perfect space and room situation for 7 adults and a 1,2,3 year old. 5-7 minute walk to the beach. Contacted Akers several times and responded every time within 5 minutes! The only problem we had was a slow draining bathtub, I texted them and it was fixed immediately before we got back from the beach. There is also another small room they don’t list off the kitchen with a small sofa and desk, we used it as a playroom.

Great home!

Great home in beautiful Kiawah Island. Lots of space for all of us to be on our own, and be together. Home had everything we needed and the bikes delivered to the house before arrival was perfect. We enjoyed biking around the island.
