Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This renovated oceanfront Kiawah Island vacation rental features one bedroom, incredible ocean views, a professionally designed interior, and direct beach access.

Upon entering this second-floor Windswept Villa, you will immediately notice the striking ocean views. Step into the open living space, and you will be greeted with walls wrapped in shiplap, an abundance of natural light, and stylish furnishings. Perfect for relaxing, the living area offers a comfortable l-shaped sofa and chic accent chairs surrounding a wall-mounted TV. A desk and chair nestled in the corner provide a scenic remote workstation. A dining area with a round tulip table separates the main living space from the kitchen. The villa's kitchen is beautiful and functional, with features like a farmhouse sink, custom range hood, wood-look tile backsplash, and waterfall countertop.

Wake up with the ocean! The villa's serene king bedroom offers views of the Atlantic, a wall-mounted TV, and a soothing neutral color palette. A full bathroom has a frameless shower, a modern floating vanity, and a water closet with separate vanity.

Enjoy expansive views of the beach and ocean beyond from the villa's covered deck. A dining table and chairs make this area ideal for sipping coffee, dining al fresco, or simply soaking in the coastal breezes.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $150. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

We loved the condo

We loved the condo, everything was clean, we were very comfortable there and loved the view and the easy walk to the beach. We really enjoyed the bike rentals that was included in our stay too. We would definitely stay there again.

Great job!!

Unit was lovely and was impressed with how well stocked kitchen was especially with higher end cookware. Special thanks to Josh who helped us with TV. We don’t do streaming and the TVs both are not connected to cable so was a bit of an issue for us. Josh came and helped with that. Akers Ellis has always responded quickly to any issue we’ve had. Great job!!

Beautifully Decorated and Updated Villa

We have stayed many times in many different locations on Kiawah. This condo was so beautifully decorated and updated. It was refreshing to stay in such a nice condo with lovely appointments and a new bed. The kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed breakfast in the morning and cocktails in the evening on the porch. Such a beautiful view of the ocean and beach. Hope to stay again sometime.

The best we've stayed in!

This condo is probably the best one we've stayed in over 35 years of coming to Kiawah! Totally renovated 3 years ago, it's beautifully decorated in addition to new appliances and furnishings. So comfortable and lovely. The entrancing ocean view makes this quite the spot to stay. We'll be back!
