Brad Rumph
Captain Brad Rumph is a third-generation Islander with roots dating back to the American Revolution. He has had a love for the water and land since his early childhood growing up on Johns Island. Having grown up on the islands, Brad spent much of his time on Kiawah Island at their family beach house. During his teenage years, Brad started to explore further south and devoted much of his time in the ACE Basin. The ACE Basin is a massive conservation project between the north Edisto River and Beaufort County. He has been a true outdoorsman of the sea islands for the last 30 years. It is safe to say there is not a piece of dirt, creek, or river between here and Beaufort that he is not personally familiar with.
Captain Brad is licensed by the United States Coast Guard as a Merchant Mariner, is an avid history buff, and is an entertaining storyteller. He brings a whole new element to introducing his clients to the place he calls home. His passion and knowledge of all things outdoors and the Lowcountry is truly infectious. Captain Brad's extensive and in-depth knowledge of Charleston, the islands, and ACE Basin, combined with his savvy expertise in construction, land management, conservation, and personal connections, are the cornerstone for effortlessly assisting clients in finding their forever homes and properties.
