Bob Bush
Born and raised in Atlanta in a real estate family, Robert “Bob” Bush is a third-generation real estate broker who has experience in all aspects of the real estate industry. These experiences include working within both commercial and residential real estate sales, residential construction, and land development. A graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in Industrial Education, Bob pursued his real estate license immediately after graduation. With more than 35 years of experience in real estate, Bob holds a real estate brokers license and a builders license in both South Carolina and Georgia.
Known for his honesty, loyalty, and strong work ethic, Bob is particularly adept at solving problems and negotiating contracts as he strives to treat everyone he encounters with fairness. During his free time, Bob enjoys woodworking, music, collecting, restoring old motorcycles, and spending time with his family. He is a skilled guitar and bass player who was one of the founding members of the band “Tullamore Road” in Atlanta and occasionally plays with the band at the “Music on the Green” at Freshfields. Bob has also volunteered as the vice president of the Property Owners Association of Country Club of the South as well as the chair of the Architectural Review Committee. He was also a Board member of Kiawah River Estates.
