Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area captivates with its panoramic windows and a spacious table accommodating eight guests. For more intimate moments, the cozy sunroom awaits, with its array of windows and four comfortable chairs encircling a stylish coffee table.

Ascend the stairs from the living room to discover the secluded primary suite. This haven not only offers breathtaking golf and lagoon views from its private balcony but also features a luxurious king bed, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom equipped with double sinks and a spacious walk-in shower. As a major bonus, the primary bedroom has its own thermostat.

On the main level, two additional bedrooms ensure comfort and privacy. One boasts a king bed, a TV, balcony access, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom, perfect for friends or children, includes two twin beds, a TV, and convenient access to a hall bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

Perfect !

We usually rent homes two times or more yearly and this property was the CLEANEST one ever !! Beautifully decorated with COMFORT in mind , we never missed our favorite chairs back home. Everything in VRBO site was accurate if not understated . Golf course view , steps to beach, fabulous restaurants, contemporary stores , and really friendly people! Akers team are very quick to respond , very professional ! Code / key best check in system.
