Description

Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This Kiawah Island vacation rental offers 3 bedrooms and bathrooms, a deck overlooking the golf course and lagoon, and is about a 6-minute walk to the beach.

Walk in the front door and be welcomed by the beach-themed decor. The downstairs features wainscoting, shiplap, and hardwood floors. On the first floor you will find the living room with comfortable furniture, TV, and views of the golf course. The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and bar stool seating for 2. The dining has seating for 6 and showcases beautiful views of the golf course.

The first-floor bedroom features a California king bed, TV, and private bathroom equipped with a tiled shower. On the second floor, you will find a bedroom with lagoon and golf course views, a king bed, TV, and private bathroom with 2 sinks and a tiled shower. The third bedroom is perfect for kids and includes a twin bed, a set of twin bunk beds, and a TV. There is also a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Dogs are welcome for an additional fee of $50 per pet per day. Cats are not permitted.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

Very Nice Shape

The condo is in very nice shape. There were plenty of supplies provided by Akers-Ellis. The walk to the beach was OK. The views out of the condo were very nice.

Our stay in this lovely property was wonderful.

Our stay in this lovely property was wonderful. The golf course view and proximity to the beach, availability of gear rental all made it so easy and effortless. The communication between Aker Ellis and the gear rental were so timely and thoughtful. As previously texted, we have a few minor suggestions and information. The upstairs king bed mattress squeaks terribly no matter where you sit on it...just the mattress design we presume but it made it hard to sleep. The bunk bed room was IDEAL for our grandsons and the downstairs bedroom was gorgeous and comfortable. So nice to have three bathrooms vs. sharing!!! The kitchen was we ll equipped. We would have liked to see some basics like salt and pepper, foil, cooking spray oil and maybe some zip lock bags. Perhaps that is out of the scope of VRBO...it's my first experience renting one. The non-stick frying pans are very worn and should be replaced. Also please note that the garden house out front is split badly and should be replaced. I hate to mention these minor issues but it's apparent to me that your company takes great pride in ensuring a top-notch experience. We will always remember this family vacation with amazing memories. South Carolina is a very special place.

Marathon Weekend

Week Getaway to our Happy Place

Had a fantastic trip back to our Happy Place after two years of being cooped up! From the moment we walked in to our rental at 1304 Fairway Oaks till the unfortunate departure we had a fantastic time. The condo was in great shape and and very warm and welcoming. A few notes of positive criticism:

1.) beds could use a new mattress or mattress topper
2.) back patio could use a cleaning and new cushions - unfortunately was unable to take advantage due to overwhelming spider presence

With all this being said - We have already booked our stay for May and look forward to returning!

Beautiful, immaculate condo

The rental was perfect for our family of seven. It was equipped with all kitchen needs and nice linens. An easy walk to the beach. Cougar Point Clubhouse is a three minute walk and convenient for a meal and a beautiful sunset view. We could not have had a better experience.

Fantastic Family Vacation Spot

Our family visited this villa and really enjoyed our stay. The unit is very nice and comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need during your stay. Great upstairs set up for us - room for the kids plus a master bedroom. Another bedroom downstairs. Right on the golf course made for fun evening people watching - as golfers came through the 17th fairway at Cougar Point. Villa is about a 7-8 minute walk to the beach - very easy to get there; five minute drive to Freshfields, and only a 2 mile bike also. Highly recommend staying at this villa.

Great Stay

A bit pricey, but worth the money given location, amenities and everything that the Kiawah Resort has to offer. It would have been nice to have a pool pass. Rental bikes and beach chairs & umbrellas from VayK Gear could have been in better shape.

Great location and villa!

Beautiful villa in a great location in Kiawah! The walk to the beach is a bit long (esp if you have young kids), as boardwalk 5 is closed. House is very comfortable but could use some rugs and a thorough cleaning of the floors. (IF there were rugs you wouldn't notice how dirty the floors actually are...). Didn't realize there was a hose in the front to wash off with until the end of the trip so maybe that should be mentioned or made prominent somewhere. Otherwise it was a fantastic vacation - Kiawah never disappoints!!

We loved the place but it wasn’t as clean as it could have been. The floors were dirty, our feet were black after an hour. The bedding and bathroom rugs were dirty. We had to wash the bedding after driving 12 hours to get there.
There is no direction on how to get to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay at 1304 Fairway Oaks Villa. Nicely decorated and equipped. It would have been nice to know about the nearby construction. The only recommendation we would make regarding the villa is to change or supplement the window treatments that are quite see-through in the evenings and allow in quite a bit of light in the mornings.

Had a great week. Kids loved the bunk beds. The walk to the beach is not bad, but boardwalk 8 was under repair so we had to walk a little further down to number 9. Had to put in one maintenance request but they responded very quickly.

FABULOUS!!!

This villa is absolutely gorgeous & absolutely CLEAN!!! Also very well supplied! This was the very best accommodations in every way in our five years of coming to Kiawah. A bit of a walk to the beach for the 87 year old, but manageable. Check in/out & ease of working with Akers Ellis through the app was terrific!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Great Vacation

We've been to Kiawah many times over the years. This rental is a bit further from the beach than we've usually stayed at but we didn't find that to be a negative. We enjoyed the beautiful golf course view. The property was in first class condition. This was our second time booking a rental through Akers Ellis and both times everything worked great.
