Description

Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This Kiawah Island vacation rental is a beautifully updated Tennis Club villa with two bedrooms, a screened porch, and peaceful lagoon views. The villa is a 7-minute walk to the beach.

Upon entering this second-floor Tennis Club villa, you are greeted with tile floors and a fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space to prepare meals during your stay. The kitchen opens up to the dining room with a table and seating for 4 and has convenient access to the screened porch. Hardwood floors, a comfortable sofa, two chairs, and a TV make the living room a great place for entertaining family and friends. Sliding glass doors open up to the large screened porch with seating for four to enjoy the spectacular second-floor lagoon views.

The primary suite features a king-sized bed, a TV, and easy access to the screened porch. The large bathroom features double sinks and a tile shower. The second bedroom features two full beds, a TV, and a bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer and high-speed wireless Internet.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

Exactly as pictured.

The arrival and entry to the unit were hassle-free. Exactly as pictured and very clean; I especially liked that I could walk in bare feet and feel no cleaning product on the floor! Unit was well stocked with everything we needed. Great property manager, great location, and I'll certainly book this unit again.

Kiawah Fun!

Once again, we enjoyed staying at 4754 Tennis Club! A very comfortable villa. Kitchen well stocked, comfortable furniture in the living room and love the screened porch looking out over the lagoon.

The drain in the master bathroom sinks still run slow, could be an easy fix. We will definitely rent this villa again, and we highly recommend this unit!

Nice Getaway

This villa had a nice location and was updated and decorated nicely. The screened porch was very quiet considering its central location. My only comments are that it could use an interior paint job (especially in the bathrooms) and perhaps a change of sheets to something not as rough. The checking in and out process was seamless which was super nice. Would stay here again.

4754 Tennis Club Beautiful unit and location

We loved our stay at 4754 Tennis Club. We will definitely rent this unit again. The unit was nicely appointed and very nice kitchen. The sinks in the master bathroom were very slow to drain, and should be fixed so that other renters do not have the same problem. We didn't complain about it because we didn't want to wait for repairs to take place while we were there. Overall, our stay was wonderful and can't wait to return to this unit.

Love the Beach!

I thought Akers Ellis did a good job. They were very professional and the rental ran smoothly. We had a minor issue ( e.g. the TV) and even though we said they could come the following day, they sent someone right over to help. The unit is lovely, on a lagoon, peaceful and near the beach. We enjoyed the bikes which were complementary. I would use Akers Ellis again.

Perfect Vacation and Location

Viel zu kurz / much too short

Leider mussten wir vor Matthew fliehen und konnten nur einen Tag bleiben.Aber die Insel und auch die Unterkunft waren traumhaft.
Unfortunately, we had to leave early due to Matthew.We jsut spent one day at Kiawah Island. But the island and the accomodation were fantastic.

Kiawah Island Rental 9-25 thru 10-2-2016

Akers-Elli Real Estates was wonderful in setting up our vacation week and a breeze to get things done in a timely manner. The Villa was just as described, so would stay there again. Enjoyed all Kiawah Island had to offer and everywhere we went the people were very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. If I had any complaint it would be the restaurants did not have much seafood on their menus.
