This semi-detached home, located in Vanderhorst Plantation, looks onto the 13th hole of the Jack Nicklaus-designed Turtle Point Golf Course. Guests have access to the seasonal community pool, which is adjacent to the property.

As of Fall 2023, this home has all new appliances, 4 new Smart TVs, a new wifi router, and a new thermostat.

When you enter the home, the dining room, kitchen, main living space, and master suite are on the entry-level floor. The relaxing living room features comfortable sofas, chairs, an electric fireplace with a heater, and a 65” flat-screen TV. The living room also has games and speakers for additional entertainment, and it opens to a deck off the side of the home. The dining room offers a large table with plenty of seating. The fully equipped kitchen showcases cabinetry, beautiful countertops, new stainless steel appliances, and a bar that connects the kitchen to the dining room.

Down the hall from the living room is the soothing primary suite, boasting a king-sized bed, a sitting area, and a flat-screen TV. The primary suite has a large private bathroom with double sinks and a spacious shower.

Ascend the stairs to the second floor and you are greeted by a hallway that provides access to a screened porch on the front of the house. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the second floor. The first bedroom features two queen-sized beds, a TV, private balcony, and a connected bathroom with two sinks, a walk-in shower, and tub. The second bedroom has one king bed, a TV, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The shared back deck features an array of chairs for stretching out and lounging or congregating around the gas grill for a nice meal. The large table has seating for six and an umbrella for shade. The deck overlooks the golf course just past the backyard of the home.

The home is conveniently located next to the neighborhood pool (open seasonally). The home boasts an ideal central location near golf, tennis, bike trails, and Night Heron Park. Ten miles of beach are a short walk or bike ride along the golf course.

Guests have access to one side of the two-car garage. The garage has a ping pong table, game table and chairs, and a dart board. There is also a full-size refrigerator for additional food and beverage storage.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, and more – the choice is yours!

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

Loved it! We'll be back!

This was our first trip to Kiawah, and we absolutely loved it! 21 Ocean Green Dr. was an outstanding place to stay while we explored the area. The home is beautiful AND comfortable, and truly felt like a "home away from home." There was plenty of space for our group to comfortably gather, and there was plenty of space to spread out as well. (The porches made great reading spots!) The home is well-equipped, with everything we could possibly need on hand. We truly enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, walking to the beach, and biking around the island. The wildlife we saw was amazing! We also enjoyed several of the nearby restaurants and shops. All in all, it was an absolutely lovely vacation, and we can't wait to go back! We highly recommended this home.

We absolutely loved the property as it's beautiful, well furnished, and equipped with everything a guest could possibly need. It was perfect for both adults and kids as everyone had plenty of space yet we all could come together in the family room to share in games and movies. We very much appreciated the binder that included guest instructions and recommendations on what to do in Kiawah. It seemed like every detail was very well thought out to ensure guests have a wonderful all-around experience. We HIGHLY recommend this property!!

Great Property

This is our fourth time renting with Akers Ellis. It is a pleasure to rent thru them. 21 Ocean Green was a great property- very clean and cozy, yet with space to spread out. Loved the new appliances and huge shower in main bedroom. The walk to the beach is very peaceful, and love seeing wildlife along the way.

AWESOME

21 Ocean Green Dr. is a dream house. It was super clean and had everything I needed and more. Whether I was having a glass of wine on the multiple decks or watching my favorite game, the house provided the most spectacular venue. It is absolutely beautiful and had plenty of room for all of my friends and family. It is conveniently located on the island and quite frankly it is in the ideal spot in my opinion. Everything is right there, I was within a stones throw of bike trails, specular golf courses and of course that massive gorgeous beach. There are beautiful resorts within a short walk such as the The Sanctuary. I biked almost everyday and thoroughly enjoyed the absolutely beautiful views of the island. The owner provided bicycles which was so convenient. Freshfields Village is very close and has many shops, restaurants, night-life, and a grocery store. I most certainly recommend this property for weekly and monthly rentals. I will be going back next year and can't wait to enjoy this home once again and the beautiful island of Kiawah.

House has it All

Very comfortable accommodations for friends and family. Great conversation area, but everyone still had their own space. Fireplace was warm and cozy while sipping coffee in the morning or a romantic glass of wine in the evening. Dining and kitchen had everything you need to cook a meal in. Perfect location close to everything. A must stay!

What an amazing place!!!!

This place is heaven on earth!! The house was very spacious, organized, everything clean and neat. Everything we needed for the kitchen for our staying there was at the house. I would love to be back and the beds… I have stayed in many places but to find beds that are comfort it’s hard. As I like to say. I slept as comfortable as sleep on the clouds!

So much to enjoy!

So much to enjoy in Kiawah, and 21 Ocean Green Dr. is convenient to it all! Quick walk through a charming neighborhood to get to the beach. Beach entrance is just next to The Sanctuary Resort which has convenient restrooms and a lovely bar with drinks and food. Rentals chairs and umbrellas right there. The owners provide bicycles, so we biked to a nature park and all the way to the end of the island where we visited the beach and enjoyed cocktails at the golf course clubhouse. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals in, but these are also restaurants, including a conveniently located coffee shop. Plenty of places to play tennis and golf, and shopping in Freshfields Village. I especially enjoyed the wine tasting shop! I highly recommend this property and can’t wait to return.

Kiawah Stay

Kiawah is a great location for relaxing, biking and playing golf. I enjoy that it is not commercialized and provides an unhurried type atmosphere. The golf courses are in great shape since the redo with paspalum grass.
