Description

This Kiawah Island vacation rental is a completely renovated (April 2023) 6-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom beach house with a new heated private saltwater pool and all new furnishings, and kitchen appliances. Located just beside Boardwalk 33, this home offers easy access to the beach, with your toes in the sand in just a couple of minutes.

Inside, the home features an open floor plan with one-floor living and plenty of natural light. The dining room seats 8 and the spacious gourmet kitchen is perfect for entertaining, with a large center island, bar stool seating for 6, a kitchen table which seats 10, 2 large sinks, a double oven, gas cooktop, 2 dishwashers, a refrigerator, plus a full-size beverage fridge, and an ice maker. All the amenities and counterspace you need to make kitchen prepping, cooking and cleanup a breeze for a crowd.

The home offers 4 king bedrooms, 3 with ensuite bathrooms and 1 with a jack-n-jill that flows into a double queen room. A fun built-in bunk room with a twin bed over a queen makes this beach house kid-friendly. All bedrooms have their own TV.

The home features a Tesla EV Charger and other tech goodies, such as a rack mounted network, powered by 1200 Mps of high-speed Internet, with 5 strategically located wireless access points. All TV’s are CAT6 wired directly to the network to provide uninterrupted streaming of your favorite streaming subscription services. The family room features an 85” TV and the kitchen a 65” TV. Both TV’s are configured with Sonos Arc Soundbars and Sonos Surround Sound. Great entertainment for music streaming services or watching movies.

Outside, there is a screen porch with TV for relaxing, and the heated private saltwater pool is perfect for a dip any time of year weather permitting. The pool comes with a gas heater, which can be used for an additional fee of $75 per day for the entire stay, with the water taking 24-48 hours to reach optimal temperature. Please note that pool heating may not be available in cooler months when the air temperature falls below 55 degrees. Sonos powered speakers poolside provide additional entertainment as you enjoy the convenience of the outdoor kitchen BBQ featuring a built-in Coyote Gas Grill and a Coyote Power Burner, perfect for Lowcountry boils.

Please note that this property has an exterior security camera that views the home's front entrance. This camera serves to protect both the property owner and rental guests.

As a guest of this property, you'll receive a credit of $400 to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay. Take advantage of bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more, and explore the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golf courses, tennis courts, crabbing, fishing, and boating opportunities available on Kiawah Island.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

The house was immaculate!

The house was immaculate! Everything was amazing. Between the grocery service used, to the quality of towels and soap, to the cleanliness of the kitchen and utensils, to the pool and grill and to the beach gear rental. Really special place! The only little thing was there were dishes in one of the dishwasher from a previous group but that was not a big deal at all. Thank you Akers Ellis for a spectacular experience!

Absolutely beautiful

This was the most well-stocked rental I've ever been to, especially in the kitchen. Great for large group dinners, easy to keep up with dishes, and love that a full spice set is provided! The house was absolutely beautiful and matched pictures exactly. Definitely want to return in the future.

64 Surfsong was amazing!

 64 Surfsong was amazing! Everything was simply perfect. We were in awe of the incredibly well thought out, highly appointed, kitchen. Only thing I would add is a glass wine decanter for the kitchen and a floor plan included with the listing photos. We all loved it and would definitely rent there again!

Stunning property & great location!

Our stay at 64 Surfsong was fantastic - the house is gorgeous, spacious, super clean, and has the best equipped kitchen! Our kids loved the pool and the bunk room! It's a very short and enjoyable walk to beach; a perfect location. We will absolutely be back :)
