Gorgeous sunsets can be seen nightly directly from the home! The beautiful home is located about 5 minutes via bike from the beach and is across from the famed Ocean Course golf course.

The first floor includes three bedrooms, each with flat screen TVs, en suite bathrooms, and access to the lengthy back deck with sweeping views. The bedroom on the right offers two full beds and bathroom with bathtub/shower combo. The middle bedroom features a king bed and bathroom with shower. The first floor master suite is on the left and offers a king bed and bathroom with shower. Ascend the steps and behold beautiful vistas. The second floor master suite is on the right, featuring a king bed, large wall-mounted flat-screen TV, bathroom with double sinks and separate bathtub and shower, and access to the second floor back deck. The living room offers plenty of seating with its sectional sofa and two cozy chairs, generous wall-mounted flat screen TV, and access to the back deck. A sitting area connects the living room and kitchen area. The spacious kitchen features high-end appliances, including double wall ovens, island with Viking six-burner range, and wet bar with wine cooler. Just beyond the dining area are the screened porch and back deck. You will enjoy dining and lounging in the screened porch as well as rocking on the back decks and soaking in the serene environment. A half bath is conveniently located on the second floor.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, high-speed wireless internet, and elevator.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

Would definitely stay again!

Our family of 8 rents a house every year in Kiawah every year and this was our favorite one so far! There was plenty of room to spread out and then we could come together for meals at the large dining room table. We would also spend a lot of time on the screened-in porch enjoying the view over the marsh. It is also only a few minute ride with bikes to the beach. I had to call the property management a couple of times (example we needed more propane for the grill) and they were extremely fast to respond. We hope definitely stay at this house again.

Stellar!

This property is ideal for a multi-generational gathering like our family. We had 9 people from under 2 to 72 and there was plenty of room indoors and outside too. The views were gorgeous especially at sunset. The house was well appointed and clean. It was also a reasonable distance to the beaching either walking or biking. Akers Ellis was excellent to work with. We had a little problem in the shower and they sent someone right out to fix it. We would like to return and we highly recommend this property.

Stellar!

We had a multi-generational family gathering for a wedding and the house worked beautifully. It was well appointed and spacious with gorgeous views and plenty of porches and comfy seating indoors and outside too. The elevator made move in and move out much easier. Beach access was a reasonable walk or bike. We would like to return sometime and definitely highly recommend it.

Stellar!

This is a beautiful property: clean and in good condition. It served us well for a long weekend for a friend’s wedding. We had almost 2 yrs to 72 yrs and it accommodated us well. The views are spectacular.I would recommend that pillows be replaced. Some are well past their time. We will likely stay here again. Beautiful!

Many knobs (door handles, cabinet handles, drawer handles) were loose or fell off during our stay - it was weird. I think the house needs a little TLC before I'd rent there again

A true gem

We had a wonderful 6 night stay. Most important at this time is the cleanliness of the entire house. Felt comfortable from the minute we walked in. The layout of the house was great and the abundance of lighting options let you set the mood you desired. The kitchen was well stocked, we prepared all of our meals. The BOSE mini sound link was super. The master bathroom huge with a wonderful shower & jacuzzi. Linens, towels very good quality, We had a couple questions that were answered within 5 minutes of email. All in all a super vacation rental. Screened in porch was great & right out the front door is a wonderful trail for walking/biking. Would certainly stay there again

Best House I've Rented on Kiawah!

I've been vacationing to Kiawah Island for over 40 years, and this house, by far, has been my favorite. It's super clean and accessible. Perfect location on the marsh, but near the Ocean Course / Clubhouse. Quiet. Nice neighbors. Akers Ellis Rentals, LLC, also did a great job.

Best Yet

We havre been renting vacation homes at Kiawah for 37 years and this was the best rental yet. The view from the back porch is amazing. The house is beautiful and spacious. It's about a 15 minute walk to the beach or 5 minute bike ride.

Great stay!

Special thank you for accommodating us at the last minute and getting the elevator running for my mom, who is confined to a wheel chair for a few months. The work crew who came to do some trouble shooting was very professional and speedy. Great job!

golf weekend

Excellent, all the way around!

We had a wonderful stay at 63 Ocean Course. The original home we rented was no longer an option and we were quickly moved to 63 Ocean Course. Akers Ellis did an excellent job with the transition. Beautiful and spacious

Kiawah is a Paradise!

We live in the Keys and decided to take a golf vacation in Kiawah. We had never been there and did not know what to expect. Kiawah was beyond our expectations. This is a golf and beach lovers dream. We rode our bikes everywhere including the beach. The island is landscaped impeccably. The golf courses are in excellent condition and fun to play. Can't say enough good things about this island!

What a peaceful location for a beach vacation. Great views of marsh and birds from the decks, and only a 10-minute walk from the beach (and 5-minute bike ride). The house was immaculate, and everything was so comfortable. Excellent home.

Beautiful House!

This house was gorgeous and so comfortable! The screened porch overlooking the marsh was our favorite part of the house. The house was clean and well-stocked with everything week needed. My family would absolutely stay here again! The only blip was the porch door will lock you out.

Great House

We celebrated my mother's 89th birthday on Kiawah and stayed at this house. It was very comfortable and well equipped. The Akers Ellis staff was very easy to work with. I really liked getting the door code in advance and not having to find an office in order to check-in. The garage and elevator were added bonuses.
