Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! Located just a 5-minute walk to the beach, this Kiawah Island vacation rental features 4 bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, as well as lagoon views from the primary bedroom and living area, a screened-in porch and a seasonal community pool, which has a designated grilling area.

Please note: As of December 2024, the villa is undergoing a complete update of the living space and dining area furniture, as well as some additional minor renovations. Updated photos of the unit will be available as soon as they are made available.

This second-story Maritime Villa, accessible by a large elevator, features an open-concept floor plan, with the kitchen/dining space and living area flowing well together. The beautiful kitchen boasts a Wolf six-burner range, sub-zero refrigerator with 2 freezer drawers, farmhouse sink, and granite countertops . The large kitchen island also serves as a dining space which can seat 3. Just steps from the kitchen will be a new dining table, which is suitable for 8. Just off the kitchen area is an open deck which has two chairs and a small coffee table. The spacious screened-in porch offers a table and 5 chairs.

The primary bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen television and an en suite bathroom, clad in carrara marble, two vanities and a walk-in shower, plus a soaking tub! Equally beautiful are three guest suites. All of the guest bedrooms will have flat screen televisions. Each guest bedroom has an attached bathroom with beadboard accents and subway tile.


The second bedroom has a queen size bed, with the en suite bathroom boasting a granite vanity and walk-in shower. After renovations are complete, the third bedroom will offer guests a king size bed, and the attached bathroom will have a granite vanity and tub/shower combo. The fourth bedroom is currently pictured as an office space, but will have two twin beds (currently pictured in bedroom 3), with its bathroom offering a walk-in shower.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guests have access to the Maritime community pool. This pool is unheated and open seasonally.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.
