Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This Kiawah Island vacation rental, located in the Vanderhorst Plantation, features 5 bedrooms, a beautiful screened in porch and is just a 2-minute walk to the beach!

Walking into this home you’ll be greeted by an abundance of natural light. The living room offers plenty of seating for the whole family as well as a large flat screen TV. Located off the living room is a beautiful screened in porch with a love seat and chair. Dine al fresco at the table and listen to the pleasant sounds that the nature of Kiawah Island has to offer. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances as well as a breakfast nook.

The primary bedroom is located on the second floor of the home. It offers guests a king size bed, en suite bathroom, as well as a private deck. The second bedroom also provides a king size bed, and shares a bathroom with bedroom 3, which features two twin beds.

Located on the first floor are the remaining two bedrooms. Bedroom 4 at the front of the home boasts a king size bed, and also features its own attached full bathroom including a walk in shower. Off the living room you’ll find the fifth bedroom, also offering a king size bed.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Please note that this property has an exterior security camera that views the home's front entrance. This camera serves to protect both the property owner and rental guests.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $400. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.
