The main living area has a wall-mounted TV and offers ample seating with a cushy l-shaped sofa, dual window seats, and an accent chair. Enjoy preparing meals in the open kitchen, which features a large center island, stainless steel appliances, and bar stool seating. The adjacent dining area is perfect for enjoying meals with the family.

Sleep in style in one of the home's four relaxing bedrooms; each has an attached bathroom and comfortable king-sized bed. On the main floor, you will find the tranquil primary retreat. This bedroom features a soothing neutral color palette and a luxurious private bathroom with a dual-sink vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. Ascend the stairs to find the three additional bedrooms, a second living area with a TV, and a balcony overlooking the marsh. The first upstairs bedroom, a second primary suite, offers direct access to the balcony, a TV, and a private bathroom with a dual-sink vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. The final two king bedrooms each feature stylish coastal decor and bathrooms with walk-in showers.

Sure to be a guest favorite, the home's loggia and pool deck will provide countless hours of relaxation and entertainment. In the loggia, a comfortable sofa and a bed swing offer ideal spots to sip coffee, read, or simply enjoy the coastal breezes. Step out to the deck and find a plunge pool overlooking the marsh, lounge seating, and an outdoor table and chairs.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

We would stay here again 100%.

Awesome house, perfect location close to the front gate. Was concerned a little bit about traffic noise but there wasn't any. Pool was perfect, the house was also. We would stay here again 100%.

We will be back!!

Amazing house! Perfect layout for a family or with other couples. This was an area of the island I have not stayed in previously but I would stay here again! One small issue with having to cross the main road to bike to the beach but the “main road” isn’t a highway. We will be back!!

We will definitely rent through Akers Ellis again!

It was an amazing house, very clean and beautiful. Our favorite part was the covered deck with a swing and the pool. Akers Ellis took good care of us. The A/C went out on our original rental before we arrived so they moved us to another house which was a wonderful upgrade. They also took care of having our beach gear that we had rented moved to the new property. Thank you for the great week, we will definitely rent through Akers Ellis again.

No complaints!

Convenient location close to West Beach. Clean, comfortable. Spacious kitchen and main room, very good for getting folks together. Kitchen had everything we needed and much more. Enjoyed the covered porch and plunge pool. No complaints!

Absolutely Amazing
