This newly renovated Kiawah Island vacation rental features 3 bedrooms, a lustrous sunroom, a relaxing sundeck, beautiful river views, and access to the Inlet Cove community dock and seasonal pool. This Inlet Cove cottage also offers a 9-minute walk to the nearest beach access in West Beach.

This updated vacation rental features neutral hues, soft finishes, and an abundance of natural light. The living area offers comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, a desk charging station for electronics, and access to the spacious sunroom. The fully equipped kitchen features new Kitchenaid appliances, gorgeous white cabinetry, a water-filtered sink, and a center island with barstool seating. The dining room area offers ample seating for your whole party and is the perfect entertainment space with its close proximity to the kitchen area.

In the primary bedroom, you will find a king-sized bed with Tommy Bahama bedding and Summer Waffle Weave blankets, scenic views, sliding door access to the back deck, and a private primary bathroom with a glass walk-in shower.

The secondary bedroom offers a queen-sized bed also equipped with Tommy Bahama bedding and Summer Waffle Weave blankets, beautiful river views, and a secondary full bathroom also accessible from the hall. The full bathroom features a shower and bathtub combination.

The third bedroom offers 2 Cocoon XL twin-sized beds (can be converted to 1 king-sized bed by request), Summer Waffle Weave blankets, and ample closet space. The closest bathroom is the secondary bathroom, accessible from the hall.

With an outdoor seating area and a rear sun deck, this cottage offers plenty of exterior areas to enjoy Kiawah's natural beauty. Enjoy lounging, sipping your morning coffee, or curling up with a good read.

The cottage is equipped with a washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guests have access to the Inlet Cove community swimming pool and dock. The pool is unheated and open seasonally.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

This is a beautiful home

This is a beautiful home in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Everything about the communication with the host was excellent and the home is clean and very newly renovated.

Wonderful

Our party of 4 loved staying in the Inlet Cove area on Kiawah Island. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. The neighborhood dock on the river (dolphin sightings galore) was a big hit for our son for fishing and was close enough he could safely ride down there alone. The Inlet Cove neighborhood pool opened for the season while we were there. We didn't end up getting in, but other families seemed to be enjoying it during Spring Break. Short walk from the rental to Beachwalker County Park (one of Dr. Beach's - Stephen Leatherman's - top ten beaches in the entire U.S.). The rental was clean, tidy, and had everything you would need (comfortable bedding and pillows, blankets for the couch, fully stocked kitchen w panini maker, bowls, pitcher, quality matching dinnerware and glassware, blender, toaster, coffee maker, tupperware, et cetera). I really appreciate a house with couch covers with an extra washable layer, makes everything seem more sanitary for each round of guests. We rode our bikes EVERYWHERE and rental was close enough to the Nest Market, the basketball court (used that a lot!), the nature center and in the other direction Freshfields Village was close too. I was initially concerned when I realized this neighborhood is right outside the gates to Kiawah Island. But in every way this neighborhood feels and is a part of the Kiawah Community. We had a wonderful, restful but physically active vacation and hope to do it again soon!

Phenomenal location

This was a phenomenal location for the Kiawah Half Marathon as a runner! I also brought my family which includes 2 little ones and this place was also great for them. Everything was super clean so I felt good about letting my baby crawl on the floors. The dishwasher and washing machine were clean and worked well so we felt right at home! The place seemed very new. There were plenty of sheets and towels too! Overall A+! We also asked for an early check-in to get the kids down for nap on time and they were able to get us in which was a life saver!

Very nice!

The first beach vacation for my grandsons and they loved it. House was very nice and the extra space converted from a screened in porch to extra living space made the house feel roomier. We also enjoyed the community pool and dock. Would definitely come back to stay.
