Description

Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This Kiawah Island oceanfront villa features two bedrooms, beautifully done renovations and of course beautiful views over the ocean.

As you walk into the villa, you are greeted with an abundance of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen offers white cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Two bar stools provide the perfect spot to have a quick bite in the morning or in between stretches at the beach. For a more formal setting, the dining table for four is great for gathering at meal times.

Continue into the living room where you’ll find ample seating for the whole family, a flat screen TV and access to the oceanfront balcony. The quiet and serene balcony offers two adirondack chairs where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail while overlooking the peaceful ocean.

Located off of the living room, the primary bedroom provides a king size bed for optimal comfort. Guests can also enjoy watching TV on the flat screen television, or looking out the window to watch the sunrise or sunset over the beach. A bathroom is attached and features double sinks, a large walk in shower and ample closet space.

You will find the second bedroom off the entryway hall. The bedroom is equipped with two twin size beds, a small television as well as an attached full bathroom (which is also accessible from the hall).

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.
