Please note, beginning early January 2025, the tile flooring and railings will be replaced in the common area corridor on the 6th floor. This project is expected to be completed by early April. While this is the only floor with work taking place for this project, at times there will be noise that could impact the entire building. We cannot accurately predict the volume or duration of disruption for any specific date or time. Current rates are reflective of this information.

The villa offers two bedrooms, 180 degree ocean views, and easy beach access. Perfectly located for beach lovers and golf enthusiasts alike, this beautiful condo is just minutes from world-class golf courses, island amenities, and the popular Sanctuary Resort. Relax on your private balcony while enjoying ocean views, or take advantage of nearby biking, dining, and nature trails.

The main living space features an open kitchen, dining, and living area, which opens to the covered deck with ocean views. The fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of space for preparing your vacation meals. The dining table comfortably seats 4 guests. The living area features a comfortable sofa, 2 chairs, and a large mounted TV.

Step into the oceanfront master suite with a king bed, private bathroom with 2 sinks and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a full bed, twin bed, and bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

Fantastic experience! Clear instructions received in a timely fashion about check in. Very smooth process even with a late evening arrival. Cute, comfy condo. Perfect location. Beautiful view of the ocean! Loved watching the sunrise from our balcony! Easy beach access. Very much enjoyed the proximity to biking trails, Night Heron Park, and the neighborhood market. Highly recommend!

Great Oceanfront Condo!

Beautiful Home in the Perfect Location

My wife and I stayed in this property for one month, and had a fantastic experience. The view of the beach is incredible and the location couldn’t be more perfect (1 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to The Sanctuary). The terrace is lovely and very spacious as well. The apartment is clean and well decorated.

Typically smooth, efficient excellent service from Akers Ellis. Great location. Villa is in need of serious repair/maintenance of a number of items. It was, however, reasonably clean. We enjoyed our time there but had to make many adaptations for worn/broken equipment. Could not recommend without many repairs: Range, bathroom fan, microwave, TV, lights.
