Renovated in 2023, this Kiawah Island vacation rental is a two-story villa that features 3 bedrooms, an open living space, a lovely sunroom, and a deck with golf and lagoon views. The villa is less than a 5-minute walk to the beach.

Welcome to this charming Turtle Point villa, bathed in abundant natural light, offering an idyllic retreat just moments away from the beach. Here, the living area emerges as an oasis of relaxation, complete with a plush sectional sofa, inviting side chairs, a TV for your entertainment, and direct access to the serene back deck.

A fabulously updated kitchen presents a sleek breakfast bar with three barstools, elegant cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area captivates with its panoramic windows and a spacious table accommodating eight guests. For more intimate moments, the cozy sunroom awaits with its array of windows and four comfortable chairs encircling a stylish coffee table.

Ascend the stairs from the living room to discover the secluded primary suite. This haven not only offers breathtaking golf and lagoon views from its private balcony but also features a luxurious king bed, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom equipped with double sinks and a spacious walk-in shower. As a major bonus, the primary bedroom has its own thermostat.

On the main level, two additional bedrooms ensure comfort and privacy. The second primary boasts a king bed, a TV, balcony access, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a double sink vanity. The third bedroom, perfect for friends or children, includes two twin beds, a TV, and convenient access to a hall bathroom with a shower. Both bathrooms were fully renovated in February 2025.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

Perfect !

We usually rent homes two times or more yearly and this property was the CLEANEST one ever !! Beautifully decorated with COMFORT in mind , we never missed our favorite chairs back home. Everything in VRBO site was accurate if not understated . Golf course view , steps to beach, fabulous restaurants, contemporary stores , and really friendly people! Akers team are very quick to respond , very professional ! Code / key best check in system.
