Description

Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This recently renovated second-floor villa features three bedrooms, updates throughout, and picturesque golf and lagoon views. The villa is only a short 3-minute stroll to the beach, making it a wonderful vacation spot for families and friends.

Renovated as of November 2021, guests will enjoy new flooring throughout, a freshly painted interior, a variety of new furnishings, and much more!

Large windows and sliding glass doors provide an abundance of natural light and highlight the villa's spectacular view of the golf course. Offering plenty of comfortable seating and a wall-mounted TV, the comfortable living area is the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach. A seamless open floor plan allows for easy flow and conversation between the living room, dining area, and kitchen.

Featuring chic navy cabinets, plenty of counter space, and bar stool seating for three, the villa's kitchen is sure to please the family chef. The adjacent dining area overlooks the golf course and has dining space for six.

For guests who prefer to dine al fresco, step out to the screened porch. This area has a large outdoor table surrounded by eight chairs. For even more outdoor fun, head to the back deck, where sweeping golf course views await.

The first primary suite is secluded upstairs and has a king bed and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Two additional generously sized bedrooms are located on the main floor. The second primary suite features a king bed, balcony, and a private bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom offers two twin beds and easy access to the hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The villa is equipped washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

Great

Unfortunately we were only there for 2 days, but it was like a short vacation. The location is great, you can quickly get to the spacious and clean beach. We didn't hear anything from the neighbors, if there were any. The adjacent golf resort with its building is a must-see, especially inside.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at 4997 Turtle Point Villa! Villa was very clean, beds were super comfortable, and location was perfect. Akers Ellis Rentals was extremely easy to work with, and very accommodating when assisting with our three night stay. I would absolutely stay at 4997 Turtle Point Villa again, and will recommend Akers Ellis Rentals to all my friends!

great location- close to beach and sanctuary

clean and comfortable condo- enjoyed the 3rd floor king suite as it was away from the other bedrooms. the beds were all comfortable. the large capacity washer and dryer was a bonus- the kitchen needs an update however this is obvious from the photos so we knew what we were getting. overall a good condo, great location and the Akers Ellis folks were super easy to work with and very responsive .

Wifi Problem

Only draw back was accessing wifi. Could only get one device to work at a time and it had to be in den in a specific spot. Since a tray table was set up at this spot, that was fine for the laptop, but sometimes would have like to have had more than one device working.

Turtle Point Villas
