Description

Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This Kiawah Island vacation rental is a Turtle Point Villa that offers two bedrooms, golf views, and is just a 3 minute walk to the nearest beach access.

This first floor villa features an open living space which opens to the spacious back deck. The living area has plenty of cozy seating for family gatherings and a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors allow easy access to the back deck where there is additional seating for watching the golfers go by. The fully equipped kitchen looks through to the sun room, which has a table with seating for four as well as a comfy lounge chair and beautiful golf views. The sunroom and kitchen open to the dining area with a table for six and a wall of windows which let in natural light and views of the golf course.

The master bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen TV, private bathroom, and access to a balcony. The second bedroom offers two twin beds and an attached bathroom that can also be accessed from the hallway.

This villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, boating, Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina aquarium, horse drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks and sumptuous dining.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

Well appointed

Property was well appointed in a great location for golf or beach. Well stocked with all necessary items. Spacious for a two bedroom villa. The flooring and some of the walls and woodwork need some attention.

Very nice villa

Very nice villa. Great location, only 5 minute walk to the beach, on Turtle Point 17th fairway. Fully equipped for extended stay. Management gave excellent response to maintenance request. We are very likely to use this villa on our next visit to Kiawah.

Turtle Point

We had a great week in Kiawah staying at in a Turtle Point Condo. Quick walk to the beach. Right next door to the Sanctuary. Large living spaces and great deck. The kitchen and furniture are a bit dated but very comfortable and clean. Perfect for 4 people.

Thanksgiving Kiawah

We spent two fabulous weeks at the Turtle Point Villas and enjoyed every moment! The condo was located within walking distance of both the beach and The Sanctuary Resort both of which we well utilized. The property was clean and well maintained. We will most certainly return.

Great stay in Kiawah!

This rental is large and comfortable! Perfect for two couples or a small family. Check in and check out were a breeze. The living spaces are well-appointed and the deck is a lovely place for dinner. The property is close to two beach paths and the Fairfields Village market, so it's incredibly convenient. We found a few bugs but they were to be expected staying on a swampy island. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Golf Villa

Lovely Villa w/Great Golf Course View!

Our son plays collegiate golf and this is the 2nd year we've stayed at your villa. We love it because it's clean and homey (we also live on a golf course) and is located on the 17th fairway at Turtle Point golf course (where the tournament is held). Thank you for a great home away from home!

Great Kiawah Rental Location

This section of Kiawah is a perfect place to stay for your vacation. Close to the beach, golf courses, Santuary Hotel and many activities. We had great weather and fun swimming in the ocean, as well as relaxation on the deck and on the beach. The condo is clean and in reasonably good shape for a rental property and the rental management company is very helpful. Charlston is close by for theater and restaurants. Just a great place to relax and enjoy life.

Turtle Point Villa

We checked in to find a squeaky clean, well appointed, well maintained villa on the fairway and really close to the beach. Although some of the walkways and docks allowing entrance to the beach had been damaged in Hurricane Matthew, there were alternative pathways available a short distance away. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay. The weather could hardly have been better. We took a Sunset Cruise along the Kiawah River one evening and had a fantastic cruise. We saw many dolphin and birds and witnessed another beautiful sunset at Kiawah. There were helpful notes on operating the TV and the Akers Ellis Team was extremely helpful and thoughtful leading up to and through out our stay.

5. You can tell by the number of visits that we enjoy ourselves at 4983 Turtle. Our only glitch, as reported to Dana, was the curly lightbulbs in the master bath dont work in those fixtures probably because they arent rheostat compatible. We put in some incandescent styled bulbs and everything worked fine.

Reasonably priced in great location

We had a great week at Kiawah - we always do since we have vacationed there for the past 30 years. The unit could use some updates, but it has great views of the fairway. The patio was a great place to sit and relax. The price for the unit was reasonable and the location was where we wanted to be. We had a very enjoyable week.

Easy check in and out

Close to the beach

We love Kiawah...and we've been there many, many times. I've actually rented 4983 Turtle Point earlier this year as well. I love the villa and the closeness to the beach access.

We would not hesitate to use Akers Ellis again... they make it effortless and do such a great job.

No complaints!

The place was nice. No issues on my end and I have no complaints as far as coordinating with the rental manager. The internet service (router) was a little spotty but all was good other than that!

Villa Experience

My wife and I enjoyed our villa experience. It is an excellent locatin on the Turtle Point GC and a four minute walk to the beach. Ample linens, kitchen utensils, dishes, etc. One drawback was weak cell phone signal and no hard line phone.

Great location, great view, easy access to the beach

The villa was easy to find, clean and ready upon arrival in Kiawah. It was big enough for a family with 2 children. Great bathrooms, great deck, great view (golf course) and bright light inside. Short walk to the beach.

A Little Bit of Heaven

We have been to Kiawah Island 4-5 times now and just really love it! With two kids 8 & 11 there is so much to do, we have made it a family tradition for the Fourth of July week. Our stay at Turle Point was fantastic. We have stayed there now a fww times and its the perfect location on the Island, so close to the beach, on the Golf course right near The Sanctuary...the perfect spot! We got it on the calender again for 2013!
