Description

Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This Kiawah Island vacation rental features three bedrooms and bathrooms, a two-story townhouse layout, and majestic lagoon views. The villa is about a 5-minute walk from the beach.

The first floor of the villa, showcasing lagoon views from nearly every corner, hosts the main living areas. The open living room offers a sectional sofa, two side chairs, and a wall-mounted TV. Overlooking the lagoon and golf course, the dining area is the perfect place to enjoy your vacation meals. The fully equipped kitchen has beautiful white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of counter space to prepare meals. The sunroom, located in the villa's rear, offers generously sized windows framing the lagoon, a comfortable sofa with an ottoman, and a chic side chair.

The master bedroom, located upstairs, has a king-sized bed, access to a private balcony overlooking the lagoon, and a spacious en suite bathroom with his-and-hers vanities and a gorgeous, tiled shower. The two remaining bedrooms are on the first floor. One bedroom has a king-sized bed, TV, and private bathroom with a shower and spacious vanity. The final bedroom has two twin beds and an attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

In addition to the private balcony off the master bedroom, the villa also has a first-floor deck. This deck showcases uninterrupted views of the beautiful lagoon and has bistro table with seating for two. A lovely place to enjoy morning coffee or sip a cocktail, guests will surely enjoy spending time on the deck.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

amazing vacation

We appreciated the early check-in and late check-out so so much--it made such a difference in improving our already amazing vacation. Only Akers Ellis has ever offered either in the years we've been renting in Kiawah. The unit was perfect and exceeded expectations (esp. with the smart TVs in all bedrooms!) Great location

Ideal floor plan!

I rented the villa for family members (we were staying across the street). It was so convenient to be nearby! The floor plan was ideal to accommodate both parents and children. The unit is well equipped and attractively furnished/decorated. And our grandsons loved saying hello to their Pop as he played the golf course behind the building!

Wonderful!

We couldn’t have asked for a better condo to stay in. We had plenty of space and everything was immaculate. It felt like a luxurious hotel stay with all of the immunities and gorgeous views. The beach was only a short bike ride away so we were able to frequent it often with ease.
