Description

Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This Kiawah Island vacation rental offers two bedrooms, overlooks the lagoon and Turtle Point Golf Course, and is about a 5-minute walk to the beach.

Featuring an open floor plan, abundance of natural light, and updated furnishings, this first-floor villa is the perfect retreat after a day at the beach. The living area offers comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and tranquil views of the golf course and lagoon. The light-filled dining area offers seating for six and opens into the screened porch and kitchen. The fully equipped, updated kitchen offers bar stool seating for three, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything you will need to prepare your vacation meals.

The master suite features a king-sized bed, TV, and private bathroom with a double-sink vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers two full-sized beds and attached bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Enjoy sweeping lagoon and golf views from the rear deck and screened porch. The deck has plenty of lounge seating and an outdoor table for those wanting to dine al fresco. The screened porch features a sectional sofa and a ceiling fan for added comfort.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

Everything was exceptional!

While we've been vacationing in Kiawah every summer for over 20 years, this is the first time we rented through Akers Ellis....and were so happy we did! Everything was exceptional! Unfortunately, we had to leave early in the week due to Hurricane Debby.

Best unit we've stayed in!

A wonderful stay

A wonderful stay. The apartment was clean and well stocked with just about any kitchen tool you may need. Screened porch with golf course view was a nice bonus!! <10 minute walk to the beach. Would absolutely return.
