Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This newly renovated Kiawah Island vacation rental offers 3 bedrooms, a screened porch, a dock, and lovely lagoon views. The villa is an easy 5-minute walk to the beach. As of 2022, this Parkside villa has received new furnishings and updates throughout.

This beautifully renovated villa offers a two-story townhouse layout with the main living areas on the second floor. The open floor plan allows for easy meal preparation and entertaining during your stay. The large updated kitchen features granite countertops, a beautiful tile backsplash, and stainless steel appliances, including a new french-door refrigerator. The dining area offers a table with seating for six. The comfortable living room, with new furnishings, showcases an elevated ceiling, plenty of seating with a sofa, cozy side chair, and leather recliner, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and access to the screened porch.

Two of the three bedrooms are found on the second floor. The lagoon view master suite features a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, private bathroom with double sinks and a large shower, and easy access to the screened porch. The second upstairs bedroom offers two twin beds, a flat-screen TV, and bathroom with shower/tub combination. Downstairs you will find the third bedroom, which has a lovely lagoon view, queen-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and access to the deck and dock. The attached bathroom has a shower/tub combination.

The villa features two incredible outdoor spaces with lagoon views: the first floor provides access to the dock and the second floor offers a screened porch. The dock features wraparound bench seating and two chaise lounges. The screened porch has an elevated ceiling, desirable ceiling fan, dining table with six chairs, and two additional cozy chairs. This villa provides ample space to relax with family and friends and abundant opportunities to enjoy the lagoon and surrounding island habitat.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

During your stay on Kiawah, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golf on one of five world class golf courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, boating, kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

I would definitely book again!

We come to Kiawah at least once a year and this is one of my favorite rentals that we have stayed at. 6 adults were in our group and there was more than enough room for all of us. The kitchen was well stocked and the condo was conveniently located. I would definitely book again!

Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay in Kiawah and the unit was perfect for our needs. 2 Adults, 2 kids (19 +15). Everyone had more than enough space, their own bathroom, and we took advantage of the screened in porch on the second level and the deck over the lagoon. The unit was clean and the gear rental company delivered and picked up our bikes, beach chairs and umbrella in accordance with the expected timeline. Getting into the unit was a breeze and our communication with the rental company was easily handled all online. We would definitely stay there again.

Enjoyed everything!

We’ve stayed on Kiawah Island five times. This is our first time staying in a non-Kiawah Island Golf Resort property. We were so pleased. The condo was so well stocked and cleaner than any of the KIGR properties we’ve stayed at in the past. Easy booking and we really enjoyed the beach gear credit.

Perfect for our family

Perfect for our familyEverything about this rental was excellent! The Akers Ellis staff provided outstanding customer service during the reservation process; the Parkside Villa was perfect for our family-close to the park, bike trails and most importantly, the ocean; the villa was comfortable and the kitchen was generously stocked with a wide assortment of kitchen utensils and basic cooking supplements. The screen porch and deck overlooking a small pond provided us with wonderful sunrises and close views of alligators and birds. I would highly recommend this villa and Akers Ellis for your next vacation!

Very Nice Rental

We had an enjoyable time at this rental. Close to the beach whether walking or biking. The rental was very clean and well appointed. The bathrooms were very nice. Akers Ellis was a great company to rent through. The credit for beach equipment was bike was a great bonus. It was very easy to use the credit via the online website. The bikes and beach chairs were ready when we arrived. I am glad we picked the East Beach location since the it was more quiet.

Overall a nice property well located. It could use some dressing up. There are broken porch chairs that are not safe. The video and audio on the main tv are not synced properly and a few of sinks don’t drain well.

Nice place!

We've been vacationing on Kiawah for close to 30 years. This was our first time staying at 4586 Parkside. We've come to prefer the East Beach area over the years, and were intrigued by the design of the Parkside Villas, as they have deck/piers and pond views. The home itself is very nice. The layout worked well for us with an en-suite bedroom on the entry level, and two bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, and screened porch one flight up. The home is comfortably furnished, and the kitchen well-stocked. The view to the rear of the home is very serene, and we enjoyed spending time on the deck/pier taking in the wildlife. My only criticisms of the property is that the master bedroom has such a great view of the pond, but the window seal in that room is broken, and the window is so fogged on the interior that you can barely get a view. The other dissatisfaction was that the pillows were a bit cheap. I wish I had brought my own. Otherwise, we had a great stay, and would consider this location again.... hopefully with the window replaced and some better quality pillows!

Great rental near the beach

4586 Parkside Villa

This villa has provided a lovely reunion spot for myself and 3 of my high school girlfriends for several years. It is centrally located near Night Heron Park, the Town Center, and a short walk to the beach. We spent most of our time in the villa on the porch overlooking the lagoon. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The place was very clean and well stocked with paper products and a good supply of coffee. We have already booked our return for next year!

This is a great unit! We have stayed here in the past and made reservations to stay again. Kitchen is well supplied. Linens are nice and mattresses are very comfortable. A couple small improvements for the owners and/or rental company.
1. A new frypan. The medium size one in the was not in good shape.
2. Additional towels. When you sleep 6 people, 6 bath towels is not enough. There were only 4 hand towels and 2 washcloths in the entire unit.

Vacation Perfection!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. We rode our bikes everywhere we went. Every morning we took a12 mike bike ride. We found the perfect course. The bike paths are the best weve ever seen while on vacation. The condo was clean and had everything we could have needed. Although we rode our bikes to the beach everyday we could have easily walked. The ONLY thing I dislike about our Kiawah vacation was that we couldnt grill outside. Outdoor grilling is always a big part of our family vacation. The house was perfect!!

Excellent Stay and Great Location

We have been coming to Kiawah Island for years. This Parkside Villa is now one of our favorites. Tranquil setting. Great location. Well appointed with all the necessary amenities. After our smooth arrival there wasn't a thing I felt missing. We really enjoyed the view across the lagoon from our screened in patio and could hear the ocean in the distance. We were a short walk or bike ride from both the beach and Night Heron Park. We enjoyed both the beach and park daily with our family of 5. Kids from 2-8. We hope to be able to rent this unit again!

4586 Parkside Villa: 3 BR, 3 Bath, Lagoon View, Beach Access

Four high school friends have been renting this villa for the last 3 years. The location is excellent within walking distance of the Town Center and beach. We enjoyed visiting on the screen porch and watching an occasional alligator swim by. The staff was most helpful with any issues we had and asked for input shortly after our arrival. We have already made reservations to come back next year.

Pretty Parkside

Highly recommend!

Akers Ellis is the gold standard as a property management company! We have stayed in many of their villas on Kiawah and have always been satisfied.This unit is well- maintained and has a beautiful lagoon view. Loved the location since it is a 10 minute or less walk to the beach, East Beach and the Sanctuary. Our favorite restaurant is the Wild Olive but Fuji Sushi which is new just might become our favorite!

Great Location

This condo is in a great location. It's walking distance to Night Heron and other amenities. It's a short drive to the beach and has a nice lagoon view. The interior is clean and adequate and has sufficient cooking utensils as well.

Retreat on the Lagoon

Four high school friends reunited for a vacation together at this villa. We especially enjoyed the location on the lagoon because of the wildlife we could watch at leisure from the screened porch. We also liked the location on the island near Night Heron Park, the Town Center, and the Sanctuary. The villa itself was very nice with three bedrooms and three bathrooms and an up-to-date kitchen. The only other thing- the pillows were horrible, not even basic hotel grade- they were really bad. Everyone wants to have a comfortable bed and pillows on vacation-

Great Time

We had a great time at 4586 Parkside. Your staff did a lot to make our stay a good one: I had several questions, all of which were answered promptly. Upon arrival, we had a small maintenance issue that was taken care of right away, as well. The most impressive, helpful gesture was when someone there delivered a large pot (from his own house) so that we could steam the crabs we bought fresh off of the dock on Wadamalaw Island. That was just great and was well-appreciated. Thanks for following up with us. Well contact you in the future when we have a rental need.

Seniors Retreat

Great 3-bedroom condo with each a full bath. Exceptionally clean. Location close to beach and on pond teaming with wildlife including a very large pair of gators. Condo well equipped with extra bedding, appliances, and disposable paper products. Ideal spot for three couples.
