Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This Kiawah Island vacation rental is a Parkside Villa that offers 2 bedrooms, a screened porch, and a dock overlooking the lagoon. The villa is a 5-minute walk to the beach.

The townhouse-style villa offers a unique floor plan with a living area, full bathroom, and dock on the first floor and the main living area, bedrooms, and screened porch on the second floor. The first-floor living room offers a sleeper sofa to easily convert it into additional sleeping quarters, flat-screen TV, and access to the dock. Sitting above the lagoon, the dock provides an ideal place to lounge and soak up the sun as well as the island’s natural beauty. A full bathroom completes the first floor.

Ascend the stairs to reach the main living space and bedrooms. The dining area offers a round table with seating for six people as well as a reading corner, and the light and bright kitchen is fully equipped for preparing a variety of meals. The living room features cozy sofa and chairs, flat-screen TV, and access to the screened porch. Complete with love seat and side chairs, you will enjoy sipping your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the screened porch. The master suite offers a queen bed, flat-screen TV, private bathroom with double sinks, and access to the screened porch. The second bedroom features two twin beds and a flat-screen TV and uses the hall bathroom with bathtub/shower combo.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

No pets per owner.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

We had a wonderful time!

This townhouse was really a wonderful place to stay on the island. Spotlessly clean and had all the amenities. Situated on a lagoon, with two decks (one screened) on which to relax and lounge. Five minute walk to the beach near the Sanctuary Hotel. We had a wonderful time!

This place is lovely!

This place is lovely! It's very spacious and feels even more so with the dock and the screened-in porch. It's a short walk to the beach and is in a quiet, secluded area. It's well stocked and includes everything you need for your stay. We had the best time!

Great week at Kiawah. Unit was perfect, loved the screened in porch, so relaxing. Super quick walk/bike ride to the beach. Only suggestion- replace the master br mattress.

Beautiful, comfortable villa in a great location

The villa is spotless, with a wonderful view over a lovely pond with lots of wildlife and two porches to enjoy. The location is perfect, in the middle of the island so biking on the trails all over is easy. Just a short walk to the beach as well. All around, an ideal place as a base to explore Kiawah!

Excellent Location

Great location! A short walk to the beach and The Market. Great lagoon view and bright unit. Master bed was very comfortable. The negatives...needs a very good cleaning, toaster should be replaced and knife set upgraded/sharpened. Also, washing machine was moldy and you could hear the people on either side. That being said, we would stay here again.

Great view

The property was not thoroughly cleaned when we arrived--I will not go into details but, yuck. The management company was responsive but not overly apologetic and did not follow up to make sure we were satisfied. We picked this particular unit because of the porch and its furnishings in the photos. It was only okay. The cushions were tired and needed to be replaced. I would recommend this unit to a friend as we liked the location and the view but I would warn them to lower their expectations.

Wonderful location!

We've been coming to Kiawah for close to 20 years and have rented a variety of properties. This Parkside unit's location with a dock overlooking a lagoon and close proximity to the beach is outstanding. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the screen porch. The unit was clean and inviting upon entering. That said, it could use a refresh - new carpet and interior paint would be a welcome upgrade. The kitchen was fairly well equipped, but had no available cabinet or closet storage so our groceries had to go on the counter - a minor inconvenience since there were only 2 of us.
The beach equipment credit was a factor in choosing this unit. A great perk that sets AkersEllis apart from others. The bikes and beach gear were all in great working order.
Akers Ellis provided excellent communication and we plan to rent through them again in the future.

We sooooo enjoyed our stay. We had 4 adults and there was plenty of space. We absolutely loved the screened in porch and the deck. The kitchen was well furnished as we cooked multiple meals. Even the cable tv was nice! The beach gear credit was great-we rented bikes and chairs! The location was good-close to the beach but with all the beach gear we still ended up driving to the beach. We rode bikes all over the island as the trails are very nice and it was fun to explore. Check-in and communication was very easy, I downloaded the app and it was good for finding restaurants. The map given to us in the house we used a lot! We had some meals at the restaurants on the island and they were good but there is a nice grocery store right before you get to the island! Overall such a nice, quiet, relaxing getaway for all of us. We would definitely return!!! Thank you!

Great location and plenty of space

We stayed in this property for 2 weeks. There were 4 adults in our group. We used the lower level room as another bedroom as there was a pullout sofa with a comfortable mattress. The villa was clean and exactly as pictured. We did notify the rental agency that the queen bed in the master bedroom was saggy and bouncy (past its prime). Their response was to rotate mattress and put in a support beam. This did not solve the problem and since we were staying for 2 weeks thought they should have replaced (as we requested) the either low quality, or old mattress. So if you like to sleep on a saggy trampoline then this is the bed for you.

Also there are plenty of plates (we counted over 50!). But there is no room for guests to put food. No pantry or empty cupboards.

The bike credit was a nice bonus.

We enjoyed dining at Tomasso at Turtle Point, the new Cougar clubhouse, Osprey for lunch. Cantina 76 in Fresh Fields was fun for a taco night out. Hege's also good dining, but pricey. We purchased some great prepared foods from the Village Market - crab cakes, lobster rolls, pork chops.

Great Location To Enjoy All Kiawah Has to Offer

Villa is clean, spacious and comfortable and very well supplied for baths, beds and kitchen needs. Fairly short walk or bike ride to the beach although it would be helpful to have a map of complex so you can find beach access easier. Morning views overlooking the lagoon are beautiful from large windows, deck and screened porch. Very convenient location to explore all Kiawah Island has to offer.

Peaceful Week in Kiawah

Great villa, perfect location, beautiful setting

Perfect for our family getaway. It was our first trip to kiawah and we loved the location and this villa over the lagoon. The unit is spacious and comfortable and clean. Our girls enjoyed their short bike rides to the beach as well as our morning visit by the alligator! We would love to return.

Beautiful views

Weve been coming to Kiawah every year for the last 30 years and sometimes more than once a year. Both sides of our family usually come down and we end up renting 6-7 condos not including those who have property on the island. We used to use some of the other companies who rent property on the islands but have had bad experiences over the last few years. We decided to give your company a chance and we made a great decision. Not only was the price of the rentals fair but they were in great shape and clean.
