Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This newly updated Kiawah Island oceanfront vacation rental features 2 bedrooms and a covered deck with beautiful views of the ocean. This 4th-floor oceanfront Windswept Villa is just steps away from the nearest beach!

When you enter the main living space, you are greeted with high ceilings, an abundance of natural light, and ocean views. You will also find comfortable seating, soft neutral hues, a wall-mounted TV, and sliding door access to the oceanfront deck. The open kitchen area is equipped with stainless appliances and ample counter space to prepare your vacation meals! The cozy dining area provides ample seating for your whole party and is perfect for entertaining with its close proximity to the kitchen area.

The oceanview primary bedroom offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom for added privacy with a walk-in shower and dual vanities. The secondary bedroom also offers a king bed, a TV, and a secondary full bathroom with a shower and bathtub combination.

Sliding doors in the living room lead you to a shaded afternoon deck. Perfect for getting out of the hot afternoon sun while relaxing and enjoying the ocean view.

The villa is equipped with a washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

Wonderful!!!.

Our unit was gorgeous. Oceanfront, clean and modern. Wonderful!!!. Hope it is available the next time we come to the Island. The staff at Akers was always helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.

We will definitely be back!

This place is an absolute gem. Worth every penny. It is spacious and beautifully designed and furnished. The sofa is arguably the most comfortable sofa ever. The views from all the windows and the balcony are spectacular. If watching and listening to the ocean from the balcony each evening wasn’t enough, we saw several deer grazing in the forested dune area just in front of the building each night, which was such a wonderful surprise. We will definitely be back!

Loved

Loved our weekend stay ! A perfect location to cheer our daughter on as she ran the Kiawah Island marathon. The condo has a perfect view of the ocean, sunrise and sunset. It is nicely decorated and very comfortable ! Will stay again for sure.

Absolutely wonderful

First time visit to Kiawah (and SC in general) I got extremely lucky to find this listing! it was absolutely wonderful. Perfect end spot of the building for the best sunrise view. The boardwalk was so close to get to and from the beach. I could not have asked for anything better. we had such a wonderful experience, and wished we booked more days! I will be back to this exact location to visit again. We had zero issues and never had to contact the host, but they were always so communicative with me to make sure I was set and if I needed anything. The beach gear credit was perfect too! use it if you book here! you will not be disappointed. My only(very minor) suggestion would be to add hand soap to each bathroom. It is a small touch that would go a long way. I look forward to coming back soon. Thank you for being so great!
