Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This Kiawah Island vacation rental is a Windswept Villa that offers two bedrooms and gorgeous ocean views.

The fully equipped kitchen is located down the hall and has all white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and everything you will need to prepare meals during your stay. There is also a breakfast bar with barstool seating for three leading into the dining area. The dining table with seating for four as well as the kitchen offer beautiful Kiawah ocean views.

The dining area opens to the living room with queen size sleeper sofa, two chairs, TV, DVD player, beverage station, and doors leading to the extra large deck with high table with seating for four.

The master bedroom is off of the living area and offers ocean views from the king size master bedroom, TV/DVD player, and private master bathroom with a large glass walk-in shower and large vanity area. The guest bedroom features a queen size bed, TV/DVD player, and an attached bathroom with a tub/shower combination that can also be accessed from the hallway.

This villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Please note that the villa has undergone various updates since the 3D tour was taken, but the overall footprint remains the same. See photos for the most recent images of the villa.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

Windswept Villas are located in East Beach and are just a short walking distance from the Sanctuary hotel, Night Heron Park, restaurants, and shopping.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, boating, Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina aquarium, horse drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks and sumptuous dining.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

4 night stay

We stayed for 4 nights with 2 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of room for all ofu us. The view was fantastic and the villa was well equipped and spotless. Everything was in working order and checkin/checkout was seamless.Beach access is literally down the stairs and across the boardwalk. We opened the windows at night to listen to the ocean. Great location to bike (we used our credit for beach rental and it was nice not to have to bring all the bike and beach gear). The only negative is that the you have to go up the stairs in the front entrance to get to the elevator so pack light unless you want to make several trips. Will stay here again

Great view

Great view of ocean from nice lanai and living area! Good privacy between the two bedrooms. Ready for an update in bathrooms. Would be better if building had an elevator all the way from ground floor or even a ramp to get to the elevator for wheeled luggage and supplies. Not too bad if you pack light.

Nice condo on the beach

Fabulous!!

This Windswept Villa was just what I needed for my staycation. Clean and well kept. The view was magnificent from the balcony and I could regularly see deer walking among the brush along the beach. I would recommend this unit to anyone. Truly enjoyed it.

Beautiful condo in beautiful location

This was a wonderful condo facing the ocean. I might be a little difficult for some older visitors to get to the condo since there were lots of stairs to first floor and the elevator started there. We especially enjoyed eating out on the deck listening to the waves and watching the sunset. It was great for a four day getaway for my husband and I and his sister. The only problem was the wifi connection, which was absent. The manager was very helpful, but unable to restore it until the last two days and only by letting us use his connection. Overall, it was a lovely condo in a great location. I

Spring Break

great location, terrible Wifi

The views were spectacular and the villa was very pleasant and clean. The only issue we had with the rental was the wifi was unusable. This was very problematic for our needs. Also, more hand towels and wash cloths would be handy as well.

Loved the unit

As far as service from your agency I would say a "5". Very easy to deal with and the app is nice. As far as the unit, a "4". We actually loved the unit...well stocked kitchen and we had all the amenities we needed. The book of information (bike rentals, etc. was great). The only thing keeping it from a "5" was that the sheets also felt somewhat gritty...not sure if that was sand or soap residue or what. This was our first visit to Kiawah and we will be coming back! We will certainly consider using you all during our next visit.

Enjoyable stay on Kiawah.

Very positive. Everything was easy; we did not need to contact your office. The only complaint was there was mold in the shower--I recall reading this in one of the reviews. Also low water pressure.

Awesome location

Wonderful 1st visit to Kiawah

This was my family's first experience with Kiawah Island, and I'm sure it won't be our last. The villa and the ocean front view were fantastic. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Easy access to island and villa

We really enjoyed our stay. Since we have been coming to Kiawah for 15 years now renting from [other rental companies], I will say the ease of having the gate passes mailed and the lock box right at the door of the villa was fantastic. Great week at Kiawah!

We were very satisfied with everything. I wanted to especially mention how satisfied we were with the cleaning staff's preparation of the condo. When we arrived there, we did not notice one bit of sand in the condo. The staff clearly works hard at removing all of that for the next guest. Thanks for a nice week.

Everything was great!
