Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This Kiawah Island vacation rental is in a beachfront building and offers 1 bedroom, a balcony, a deck, and beach boardwalk access. Enjoy a 60-second walk to Kiawah Island’s East Beach!

Upon entering this first-floor villa, you’ll find ample living space, impeccable foliage and dune views, and soft coastal finishes. The living area offers comfortable seating equipped with a queen-sized sleeper sofa, a TV, sliding door access to the balcony, and access to the deck. The fully equipped kitchen offers ample counter space and stainless steel appliances while overlooking the dining area. Enjoy your vacation meals in the dining area with seating for your whole party.

The villa’s primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a wall-mounted TV, beautiful foliage and dune views, and sliding door access to the deck. The room also provides enough closet space to fully unpack your vacation clothes and unwind. The primary bathroom offers a shower and bathtub combination, and is accessible from both the primary bedroom and the hall.

The balcony is accessible from the living area and offers seating for four.

The villa’s deck is perfect for lounging and enjoying your morning coffee while also providing easy boardwalk access to the beach.

The villa is equipped with a washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $150. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

We were steps from the beach and a quick walk to Night Heron Park. Condo was well-equipped and well maintained with comfy furniture and two beautiful porches. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful vacation, you can't go wrong with this lovely place!

Perfect Condo and Location

Excellent location for easy beach access.

Excellent location if you're looking for easy beach access. Perfect spot for a couple to stay. Clean, and had more space than necessary. Overall quiet too. Heard footsteps next door or upstairs once or twice but not bothersome despite me being sensitive to sounds.

Perfect for our stay!

Condo was very clean, music playing when we entered, perfect size for two people. Walk out the beach side door and you are100 steps from where you cross over the dunes to the beach, yet it was very quiet and peaceful! Anytime at Kiawah is wonderful and this property was perfect for our stay!

Wonderful property!

Wonderful property with a great location right on the beach. Even being on the first floor, you could still see the ocean and hear the waves. The condo has everything you need for a great stay and the communication with the property management company was easy and great. Would definitely stay again!
