Located in West Beach, this vacation home has it all! Relax in the living room on the L-shaped sofa or cozy chairs while enjoying a movie on the large flat screen TV. Access the back deck from the living room and enjoy the outdoor furniture, gas grill, and lagoon views. The dining table offers seating for six, perfect for enjoying family meals together while on vacation. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need for cooking meals and includes beautiful cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, 2 bar stools, and access to the screened porch. Cool off under the ceiling fan while enjoying the breezes from the screened porch!

The master bedroom features a king size bed, TV, and a gorgeous private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a king size bed, TV, and private bathroom with shower/tub combo. The third bedroom features 2 queen size beds, TV, and share a bathroom with the fourth bedroom which features 2 twin beds and a TV. This house is perfect for a family with kids or anyone wanting easy Kiawah Island beach access!

This home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golf on one of five world class golf courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, boating, kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

Excellent rental experience

This recently renovated home in West Beach exceeded our expectations. The four bedrooms were all furnished with extremely comfortable beds which goes a long way for adults enjoying vacation. Bathrooms were spotless and TVs in all rooms were a plus as well. The kitchen with connecting laundry/pantry made cooking and chores easy. Thoroughly enjoyed staying here.

Great stay on Kiawah Island

Three couples stayed at the Flycatcher and we loved it. The beds are comfy, showers great, and stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the short bike ride to the beach and fit everything in the attached wagons. Negative: dressers needed in the bedrooms, fry pans that can be cleaned easily, ice machine. Small things really. Great location and beautifully decorated! Lots of towels available too.

Perfect beach escape!

Perfection

We needed to have a respite and while Kiawah is one of our favorite places in the world, we needed a place to accommodate my sisters family as well. This house exceeded our expectations and was incredibly comfortable. The kitchen is laid out in a way that flows really well. Being on a cul-da-sac also made us comfortable with the kids. It was an easy bike ride to the beach and the chances of us coming back is highly likely!
