This first-floor Windswept Villa welcomes you with an open floor plan, upscale finishes, and soft neutral hues. In the living area, you will find comfortable seating equipped with a sleeper chair that converts to a twin, a flat-screen TV, and sliding door access to the balcony. The gorgeous kitchen is fully equipped with beautiful white cabinetry, deluxe appliances, and enough counter space to prepare your vacation meals. The dining area serves as the perfect entertainment space as it offers ample seating and close proximity to the kitchen.

The villa’s primary bedroom features scenic views, a king-sized bed, a wall-mounted TV, and a private primary bathroom equipped with a glass, walk-in shower.

Enjoy your morning coffee or sit back and unwind on the lovely balcony!

The villa is equipped with a washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $150. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

Beautiful

This condo has obviously been renovated with an upgraded floor plan and decor. Every condo should have this quality of kitchen dishes, pots/pans, silverware, appliances, placemats. Kiawah is not Myrtle Beach and the rental properties should reflect that.

Would Definitely Stay Again

Would Definitely Stay AgainGreat unit, very close to beach and walkable to lots of other amenities on the island. For some reason, we never received the email from AirBnB with the lockbox code to get into the unit (checked spam folder, so possibly some error with a generic AirBnB email address); however, Akers Ellis was extremely responsive and we got into the unit quickly afterward. Very happy with the place and would definitely stay again!
