Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This Kiawah Island vacation rental features a one bedroom layout and is just a 2-minute walk to the beach!

As you enter into the villa you can go left into the bedroom, or straight to the living area. The bedroom offers a queen size bed and has a flat screen TV mounted to the wall. Attached to the bedroom is the full bathroom with a shower tub combo. The bathroom is also accessible from the hall.

Entering the main living space you’ll immediately notice the high ceilings and beautiful wood beams. The living area offers a comfortable queen size sleeper sofa, flat screen TV and access to the screened porch. The fully equipped kitchen is off to the side, and features stainless steel appliances, wood cabinetry and granite countertops. The round dining table has seating for two. Just off the living area is the tranquil screened porch, where you can submerse yourself in the beautiful nature Kiawah Island has to offer.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $150. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.
