This inviting, two-story Kiawah Island home is newly renovated and boasts soft neutral hardwood flooring and an abundance of natural light. In the living area, you will find comfortable seating, a wall-mounted flat-screened TV, and door access to the pool deck. The beautifully white, fully equipped kitchen offers ample counter space and a center island. Enjoy stainless steel appliances and a gas cooktop. The dining area is the prime entertainment spot with access to the pool and its close proximity to the kitchen and living areas.

The primary bedroom is found on the second floor and offers a king-sized bed, a TV, wooded views, and a private primary bathroom with a walk-in shower. The secondary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a TV, and pool views. The secondary bathroom is attached to the separate sitting area and is equipped with a double sink vanity and another walk-in shower. The third bedroom is equipped with a queen-sized bed, a TV, and a loft with beanbag chairs. The third bathroom is just down the hall and features a shower and bathtub combination. The fourth bedroom offers 2 twin-sized beds, a TV, and a private full bathroom. The fourth full bathroom is equipped with another shower and bathtub combination.

Enjoy relaxing by the home’s private pool. The spacious pool deck is surrounded by Kiawah Island’s natural beauty and is sure to be a guest favorite.

The home also offers a screened porch where guests can dine al fresco.

The home is equipped with a washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Dogs are welcome for an additional fee of $50 per dog per day.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

This pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for $100/per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

WONDERFUL

I almost don’t want to leave a review and keep this place my secret. So rare to find a gorgeous home in great condition that is pet friendly. Everyone here is beautiful and I felt like a guest in someone’s home rather than renting a generic vacation home. My guests and I had a WONDERFUL time and our only regret was not booking for a longer stay.

Absolutely beautiful!

Kiawah is absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. We came at night. It was so dark! We loved it! Great for wildlife and star gazing. The house was very easy to find and easy to open. The beach is amazing. The house was about a block and a half away. Very easy little walk through nature trails. The house inside and out was absolutely lovely. My family was amazed and wowed :) Everyone slept comfortably. The pool was so clean even though it was too cold to use it. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. More than enough linens for our 5 days. The bathrooms were spacious, clean and white. The water pressure and heat was perfect. Wonderful renovation! We will definitely consider staying at this house again in the future. Thank you for making our family holiday perfect!!!!
