Description

Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This Kiawah Island vacation rental features four bedrooms, a private pool, and is about a 5-minute walk to the beach. Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac, this home offers golf views and is adjacent to a lagoon with bridge for viewing wildlife and flora.

The living area highlights the picturesque golf and lagoon views via its large windows and offers plenty of cozy seating. Adjacent to the living area is the dining area, which offers a table for eight and access to the screened porch. The kitchen, complete with a breakfast area, is highlighted by white cabinetry, granite countertops, and a large center island with bar stool seating. Equipped with a sleeper sofa to serve as additional sleeping quarters, the den features a flat-screen TV, and views of the golf course and pool deck.

The first floor offers a queen bedroom and bathroom while the second-floor houses three additional bedrooms. The master suite features a king bed, flat-screen TV, private deck, and private bathroom. Two other bedrooms – a queen bedroom and a bedroom with bunk bed and twin bed – share a hall bathroom.

Back outside, the spacious golf and lagoon view deck includes a screened porch and shallow pool, perfect for splashing around on hot summer days. Guests do not have access to the garage.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

This pool cannot be heated.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

Would highly recommend this property!

This was our third trip to Kiawah Island, first time renting this property. The house was very clean, beautiful updated bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked and loved the fact that it had 2 living rooms. We used the screened in porch each morning for coffee, very peaceful. The beds were VERY comfortable, and there were plenty of extra blankets and towels. Location was great, 7 minute walk to the beach, 2-3 minute bike ride. We traveled with our adult children. After the second day, we realized the pump on the pool must not have been working, we called the property management and someone came out (we were gone for the day), and it was working fine when we returned. Check in and out was easy, and communication with the property management was wonderful. Would highly recommend this property.

Our experience was exceptional!

Our experience was exceptional! The home was spotless and very well equipped, with furniture and in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable all the linens were plentiful and clean.. There were even small comforts such as extra pillows and plenty of extra towels and hand towels. We really appreciated the welcome appreciated the well stocked kitchen which met our family's needs from infant to adult . This house truly had everything that we could have hoped for. This is a diamond Property.

Quiet; lots of room; centrally located

Quiet wooded setting beside 12th green of cougar point golf course. Very comfortable house, plenty of room to spread out. Refreshing pool for a dip if you’d like. One block away direct access to the uncrowded beach. Centrally located, bike access to everything.

Perfect vacation house for a large family with kids

We thoroughly enjoyed this house with our five young grandchildren. House was clean, stocked with toys and children’s books. Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were large-even included step stools for kids. Pool was enjoyed by all and was safely fenced. House was as described with easy walk to the beach.

Great Location

This is so far our favorite beach location destination. The house is well equipped with our needs and it's very close to the beach. Our kids had so much fun time splashing in the pool. The beach is very private with miles of flat sand to run to if you are into running. We enjoyed this vacation a lot that we plan to go back in the area next year.

Beautiful Home with a Great Floorplan

We love this property! One of the best floor plans weve ever seen for a group, particularly a multi-generational group or where some folks might prefer to read while others watch TV, play games, etc. Comfortable. Tastefully decorated.
