Located behind Kiawah Island's second gate in the Vanderhorst section, this home is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac and is surrounded by natural beauty. An open floor plan with generous living spaces provides plenty of space to gather during your stay. Great for relaxing after days spent poolside, the spacious main living area offers a comfortable sectional sofa and a wall-mounted TV. A second living area, the study, offers a sleeper sofa and TV. Prepare your vacation meals and snacks in the exquisite gourmet kitchen. Here, you will find a Viking double convection oven, a sub-zero refrigerator, marble countertops, and ample prep space. The adjacent dining table is perfect for enjoying meals together or playing board games with your group.

The first bedroom, one of two primary suites, is located on the main floor and boasts a king-sized bed, TV, and access to the deck. A retreat in itself, the en suite bathroom features a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and dual-sink vanity. Upstairs, you will find the remaining three bedrooms. The second primary suite has a king-sized bed, TV, cozy window seat, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual-sink vanity. Along with a balcony overlooking the pool, the third bedroom has two full beds and convenient access to the hall bathroom with a walk-in shower. The final bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, TV, and private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The home has an elevator, providing full access to all floors.

Private pool and spa! Enjoy time outdoors on the home's back deck or breezy screened porch. The large back deck is an outdoor oasis that houses a swimming pool, spa, grill, and lounge seating. Dine al fresco, read the morning paper, or simply relax on the peaceful screened porch.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, cable TV, and high-speed wireless internet.

This pool has a gas heater, so the pool and spa may be heated in cooler months for $80/per day for the entire stay. It can take up to 24 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85 degrees.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $400. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

This was the best location that we've had!

We counted up and our family has been vacationing at Kiawah or Seabrook for over 30 years. It was the consensus of our family that this was the best location that we've had! No problems with any appliances and every need was met--everything was as advertised. This was our first time renting with Akers Ellis and always had positive responses to every call in answering our questions. We will be contacting you again! Everyone LOVED, LOVED, LOVED the beautiful pool and hot tub! Thanks for sharing this wonderful vacation property! May God bless.
