Nested on a quiet street in Kiawah's West Beach neighborhood, this vacation rental home offers a convenient location in a picturesque setting. When you enter, you will immediately notice the stylish design and gorgeous views of Cougar Point Golf Course through sliding glass doors. The spacious living area offers comfortable seating for the whole family and a wall-mounted TV. Enjoy friendly competition in the game room! This area has a ping pong table, basketball arcade game, TV, and sleeper sofa. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, including a center island, and abundant natural light. Share meals together and enjoy Cougar Point views in the adjacent dining area.

The home's primary suite is located on the main level and has a king-sized bed and spa-like private bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. This bedroom has direct access to the game room. Three remaining bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, are on the second floor. The first upstairs bedroom has three twin beds and would be a perfect retreat for kids or teens. Two other bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and the other with a queen-sized bed, have private balconies overlooking the golf course.

Incredible views of Cougar Point Golf await from the home's rear deck. Watch the golfers from afar while you grill out or sprawl out on the outdoor sofa with a good book. Step down to the backyard and find plenty of space for little ones to play.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.
