Description

Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This Kiawah Island vacation rental offers 4 bedrooms, a private pool and spa, and beautiful views of the Jack Nicklaus-designed Turtle Point golf course and its sparkling lagoon. The home is about 400 yards and a short 5-minute walk from beach access.

When you enter the living area, you are greeted by a cathedral ceiling with shiplap detailing and an abundance of natural light. The living room, with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, overlooks the pool deck and number 5 fairway of Turtle Point golf course. The dining area features a long wooden table and spills into the recently renovated kitchen. Enjoy preparing your vacation meals in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring white cabinetry and high-end appliances.

The first-floor master suite is a lovely retreat that boasts a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, access to the back deck, and private bathroom with dual vanities, large shower, and soaking tub. Off of this master suite, you will find an office area with a daybed and twin trundle. The second master suite, located upstairs, features a king-sized bed, wall-mounted TV, side chairs, private bathroom with dual sinks, shower, and bathtub, as well as access to a deck. Two additional bedrooms, one with two twin beds and another with a queen-sized bed, both have flat-screen TVs and share a Jack and Jill bathroom. A second living area, with a sectional sofa and wall-mounted flat-screen TV, is also found upstairs.

Overlooking the golf course and lagoon, the back deck features a gorgeous pool and spa. Go for a swim, lounge poolside, or dine al fresco- the possibilities are endless! Guests will also enjoy amazing views along the back of the wraparound porch which offers four rocking chairs. Perfect for rinsing off after the beach or pool, guests may also use the outdoor shower.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guests do not have access to the home's garage or elevator.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

The spa can be heated for an additional $75/per day.
This pool has a heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for $75/per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available.

The dimensions of the pool are approximately 15' W x 25' L.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

quiet and relaxing vacation

When it comes to a quiet and relaxing vacation Kiawah Island is the place to go. Great restaurants, beautiful landscaping, great beaches, biking and walking paths all over island make a great way to get around as a family.

Great house and location

House was clean and close to the pathway to the beach. Many houses we've looked at have a long walk to the beach but this is direct and less than 5 minute walk. We enjoyed the pool and our stay very much. Our only reason to look elsewhere for next year is that we'll need 5 bedrooms and another bathroom; otherwise highly recommend this home.

This place is first class. Immediately clear that this home has recent updates and upgrades including the furniture, elevator and resurfaced, second story pool. Watching golf in the backyard or a 2 minute bike ride to the beach, the location was perfect. Easily handled two families. Highly recommend.

Could not have asked for a more gorgeous vacation home

We went here with the whole family and had a great time! This house is only a 5 minute walk from the beach in addition to having a great pool for once you get back from the beach. The kitchen was absolutely incredible and as a result we ended up cooking at home more than we expected too. The bedrooms were all a great size and the elevator was great for bringing up everyone's luggage. I would highly recommend staying in this home.

Perfect house!

This house was near perfect for our vacation rental. We had two families ( 4 adults and 5 teens. Loved having a pool and hot tub (though the process of heating of hot tub is a bit complicated -we did enjoy it everyday). The kitchen was fully equipped. The house was spacious and very comfortable. Location was perfect. Nice view of golf course and 5 min simple walk to beach. Easy access to bike path. Highly recommend this rental!!
