The home is conveniently located in Kiawah's West Beach neighborhood and is less than a 5-minute bike ride to the beach.

Stunning marsh vistas and serene coastal hues greet you as you make your way into this light-filled home. With comfortable seating, a new 75" TV, and wall-to-wall windows overlooking the marsh, the living area is both beautiful and functional. The gourmet kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, cream cabinets, a center island, and plenty of space for meal preparation. Enjoy your vacation meals in the adjacent dining room or sit atop one of the bar stools surrounding the kitchen island.

Ascend the stairs to find the home's four beautiful bedrooms. The luxurious primary suite has captivating views of the marsh through large windows, a king-sized bed, and a sitting area. An ensuite bathroom with his-and-hers sinks, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower completes this relaxing retreat. Also offering spectacular views, the first queen bedroom has access to a deck overlooking the marsh. The third bedroom has two twin beds (can be converted to a king bed upon request) and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The final bedroom features a queen-sized bed and stylish decor. A full bathroom in the hallway has a shower/tub combo and is conveniently accessible by the two queen bedrooms.

Soak in the coastal breezes and water views from the expansive screened porch, second-story deck, or spacious backyard. With so many outdoor areas to enjoy, you may never want to leave this marshfront paradise.

The home is equipped with a washer and dryer.

The garage is not available for guest use.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

This house had everything we needed

This house had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation in Kiawah! The kitchen is very well equipped if you enjoy cooking! We spent a lot of our time relaxing in the lovely porch area at the back of the property where we enjoyed spectacular sunsets in a quiet and relaxing setting!
