Description

Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This Kiawah Island vacation rental is across the street from the beach access. With the pool, spa, large deck, screened porch, and elevator, this home is sure to be a favorite!

The main living space is ideal for large families with a comfortable couch, plenty of chairs, TV, and access to the back deck. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, vast cabinet space, stainless steel appliances, and an island with 3 barstools. Adjacent to the kitchen is the sunny eat-in area with a table and chairs that seat 8. The dining room also has a table and chairs that seat 10 that is perfect for family meals while on vacation. Guests can enjoy extra living space in the den. There is also a first-floor master bedroom with a king bed, TV, and a private bathroom.

The first-floor master bedroom features a king-sized bed, TV, and private bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find a second master suite with king bed and private bathroom. Two additional bedrooms, also with private bathrooms, are down the hall. The bedroom to left offers a full-sized bed and twin bed. To the right, you will find the 3rd king bedroom. On the third floor, the fifth bedroom contains 4 twin beds, a private bathroom, and a second living area. This is a great spot to let kids or teens have their own space.

Outside, you can enjoy the view of the 18th fairway of Osprey Point Golf Course. Guests will love taking a dip in the refreshing pool, relaxing in the spa, catching some sun on the chairs around the deck, cooking dinner on the gas grill, or cooling off in the screened porch.

The home is equipped with a washer, dryer and high speed wireless internet.

The spa can be heated for an additional $75/per day.
This pool has a gas heater, so it may be heated in cooler months for $75/per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $400. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Rates may change prior to booking and do not include fees and taxes.
Stays of 3 nights will be charged an additional fee for housekeeping.
Guests are welcome to use the 2-car garage and the elevator.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

Loved this property!

We absolutely loved this property and our stay for Labor Day weekend! I plan to rent again next year - hopefully for 2 weeks. The pool and proximity to the beach are fantastic. There were a few cobwebs and some after-storm debris (totally understandable), but otherwise the property clean, well appointed, and very comfortable.

Our Favorite Yet!!

After renting a home at Kiawah for the past 8 years, we found this to be our favorite. Loved the pool, the screened in porch, the short walk to the beach and the well stocked kitchen. Look forward to returning in the future.

Great Vacation Home

161 Flyway was just a few minutes walk to the beautiful beach. We had a group of 10 adults, and this house was perfect. The kitchen was large and well stocked, there is even a garage refrigerator for beverages. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and immaculately clean. Highly recommend!

This house is absolutely beautiful!

This house was absolutely perfect for our large family. There is plenty of room, the beds are comfortable, the linens are beautiful, the kitchen is perfectly equipped, the pool is just the right size, the beach access is just across the street, plus there are bikes to explore the island with. Top of the line names on everything in this house. Rental process was super smooth. We would recommend Kiawah Island and this house to anyone! Beautiful place!!

Return to Kiawah was a Success!

My wife and I decided to bring our grown children back to Kiawah Island for a vacation after a 15 year absence. This time the family trip included our adult children’s significant others. The home we rented through Akers Ellis was a perfect fit for our group of 8. The home was spectacular, beautifully decorated with 5 bedrooms all with their own bathrooms and a pool. We were a 5 minute walk to the beach so those that preferred the beach to the pool were delighted. Akers Ellis were extremely responsive to any questions we had concerning the house. On our first day we had a small problem with the home’s elevator (!!!) and within 20 minutes an Akers Ellis representative was at our door to fix the problem. We also had paid extra to heat our pool but decided on the trip down to cancel the pool heat because it had been so hot outside. When we called from the car the Akers Ellis representative canceled the pool heat and within minutes had credited our credit card for the correct amount. Overall it was a great return trip to Kiawah, we will be back, and we will certainly contact Akers Ellis to rent our next home.

Great house!

Fantastic House!

Everything was great. The layout of the house is fantastic, all bathrooms are newly updated, everything is properly maintained, and the location to the beach and golf courses is convenient. Will definitely rent this house again!
